Pros: The agent was courteous.
Cons: We had a difficult time finding the place to pick up the car. It was not well marked. Also Surprice did not notify us at the beginning that we would need an international drivers licence.
Cons: I think agent should have told me about how to open fuel outlet because it wasted time for me at the beginning and also i had to call for assistance because of same problem.
Pros: Cancelled before getting the car as it was so late

Cons: Like I mentioned, there was a false charge on the scratch on my car. It was small and was not even caused by me. The person who picked up the car said that because it looked fresh and therefore it was caused by me. I countered by showing another photo of a fresh mark which was taken before I received the car. He had nothing to say but insisted that the damage was caused by me. Basically its my words against his and definitely I had to lose given that I was at the mercy of the rental company.

Cons: They did not check the contract!
