Cons: Hello, first I would like to receive a refund for the insurance paid through you. It turns out that the coverage was very low for the car and I had to purchase a broader insurance through SIXT. In addition, you must not give the option of renting an electric car - I did not have the option to charge in the Netherlands because I do not have a local charging card as an Israeli citizen in Europe and I had to cut short my trip with the car and every day look for charging hours at a very high cost! Cons: Terrible service. Only when i asked that the rental will be cancelled entirely, a solution was found surprisingly after spending more than 2 hours at their desks. I paid more to get a smaller car which my luggage did not fit to. After trying to cancel a solution was suddenly found.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1000.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
