Pros: very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: only the fact that I needed to pick up the car myself from its parking space
Cons: Only one thing I think its a bit weird from my opinion, that your 300€ for unexpected cover of accident etc, you need make a payment at the car rejžák kiosek and than after you need wait 20 days for refund. Following your company policy. It would be much better just “block that amount” on credit card but not to proceed the paymant, only the reason is...its a lot of money...
Cons: Collecting the car was time consuming. And then there was a fault with the vehicle - the passenger door would not lock - which I only discovered when parking the car in the city center. Returning & replacing it was an additional exercise in frustration....

Cons: Customer service with roadside assistance, left on the side of the road in the night by tow truck. Unsafe

Cons: We hardly found the parking and car , spend more time to find it.
Pros: Nothing - Sixt was unethical and tried to commit fraud with this rental. I would not recommend having Sixt as a partner.
Cons: Sixt tried to commit fraud upon return and add additional charges. I have video evidence documenting this. Sixt made many false statements and was the absolute worst company that I have ever rented with.

Cons: We waited well over one and a half hours in line to pick up the car despite filling out all forms online. It was a nightmare at the airport and waisted our precious vacation time. I received an email to fill out the form and it said "just pick up your keys and go". That was far from the case. Once we got the car, we had to wait again for an agent to check it out for scratches etc. The car itself, was fine - no problems. No other car company at the airport had people waiting like Sixt.

Cons: Long wait to get initial agent, then longer wait to get a car once assigned. Seemed short staffed. I am still waiting for email which i expected the next day assuring return of deposit and final accounting.

Pros: Convenient location in terminal for car pick up.
Cons: The confusion as to where to go to complete the rental agreement paperwork. The hour plus wait to work with an agent to pick up the car. Agents accent was strong and hard to understand. Had to ask her to write the details of the cost out. No detailed email explaining the final costs. Hopefully I will receive this later.
Pros: The service desk itself was a faster experience than we expected. It was quite busy but the agents handled everything very well.

Cons: Guy in garage gave me the wrong stall number so had to hunt for car.
Cons: In short I'll NEVER RENT from SIXT again. I waited over an hour behind only 3 other people because the 2 desk agents were so ineffiecient. The desk agent shamelessly tried to upsell everything from insurance to fuel to tolls to a bigger car (despite repeated denials). Then she told me she did not have the car class available that I booked (which happened to nearly every person in front of me as well), and only after much arguing did she finally agree to upgrade me without an additional charge
Cons: 1. It was not clear that, for the renting of the Via Verde, a pre-authorization of 300 euro was required. 2. They tried to sell me a more expensive insurance.

Cons: They took no account of the money paid to discovercarhire for zero excess and pushed their zero risk policy which ended up costing a lot. something I was trying to avoid and feel very let down by discovercarhire.

Cons: I had confirmed exact car type before via mail, but the rental representative denied the confirmation as unfortunate situation and was forcing me for 40 min to book more expensive car even was agreeing that with his manager. Than suprisingly after showing the confirmation mail in my phone they said that the car is available, and that he just wanted to offer me better car. Then I as a customer feel tricked / or almost ripped off.

Cons: Customer representative at lisbon service counter charged ne extra for the same car i had reserved, stating that the diesel renault clio version would save me.money, when that was the vehicle that was stipulated on the reservation.

Cons: The cost of the rental was not fully explained. I ended up paying more than what I signed up for.
Cons: we booked a car for seven people, but found that it had only five seats, with two additional smaller seats in the trunk, preventing the storage of any luggage. no larger car was available when we arrived. the car was not ready on arrival, and check-in took more than two hours. the car had less than 1/8 a tank of fuel when we picked it up, and we very nearly ran out of gas while looking for a filling station.
Pros: -explained everything well without trying to upsell us, ended up upgrading our car as the one we booked wasn't available :-) -well marked in airport
Cons: - we've never waited so long to pick up a car, about 75 minutes as there were about 15 people waiting before us and only 2 agents, one of which was very slow and seemed to be on the phone for several minutes in between each customer - you take a number(like at the deli counter) instead of lining up for service, but this was not immediately apparent and we waited for about 10 minutes in line before we saw another person do it. We watched others do this & told them -no map of any kind avail.

Pros: Easy to drop off car
Cons: Length of time waiting to be dealt with, car was dirty and scratched. We were told it was the only one of that size but on asking for a partial refund for one day, they managed to find another. However we would then have to wait as there were two other people in front of us wanting to change cars. The Manager was very rude although the young girl dealing with us was polite and helpful. Overall though the staff were very slow and customer service poor. Would not recommend.
