Cons: I booked an SUV and got one of the smallest SUVs I've ever been in. Luggage didn't all fit in the boot and the car had very little power until I had my foot to the floor.

Pros: The service was great! We decided to add two cat seats two days before leaving for our trip and the communication was great and the car seats were organised for us. Installed when we arrived.

Pros: We missed our connection flight and therefore were arriving at our destination after there desk was closed. They delivered our vehicle to our accommodation. They were very helpful and made our situation a lot less stressful.

Cons: They supposedly “upgraded” us to a Kia Carnival - but to us that was NOT an upgrade and not the sort of car we wanted - we booked a specific car for a reason - not a mini van. They didn’t even ask - just told us - so we had to sort that out .
