Pros: Location
Cons: Charging us more than quoted, then trying to charge us for damage to the rim, then charging us for not returning with a full tank when it was filled just outside the airport. They apologized and said they will refund the amount but I am not happy with the service overall

Pros: I could use a debit card and no nasty surprises at the till, ie asking for more money!
Cons: Nothing - though I'm awaiting my deposit paid back so will see how long that takes which would help me decide if I'm completely satisfied or not!

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 28.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. Renters from the following country(ies): India must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car. Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card. Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): valid driver license, Passport or ID card, 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date in order to pick up the car.
