Cons: Return procedure and poor signage. It does not help the customer if he/she is told avout the return procedure when picking up the car. After many days who remembers that. All official signage at the airport leads to pick up area, not to return bases which shoud be priority.

Pros: Professional when picking up the car, it went fast.
Cons: One of the guys told me to follow one of his coworkers so I could get help to check the car before returning the key. I followed the man who was helping some other people. He looked stressed so I'd thought I'd leave him alone and went to stand by the car til he could help me. When he did he said that I had left the car in the wrong place, I should have parked it in the drop off-place, info I hadn't gotten before. Then he said he'd "do me a favor" and help me anyway and then demanded a tip

Cons: It wasn’t pay on collection. It ended up being that they took the balance from the hold they had on my credit card! Which meant I got an additional £13 charge from the credit card company

Pros: Good service people, but bad communication by you and sixt. I rented a car in Basel in June. I paid for full insurance during you and they didn’t ask me to pay more money.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.

For vehicles in groups Standard, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
