Pros: Were efficient and helpful. Provided us unlimited mileage for no charge.

Cons: Being told they would be there to pick us up from airport in 5 minutes but was more like 55 minutes. After going through the hassle the previous night of our flight being delayed and them being closed by the time we arrived, then having to pay for another rental for that night, then having to return to airport the next day to pick up a vehicle I didn't reserve.

Pros: clean, new car

Cons: Didn't realize that the mileage was limited when making reservation. More importantly, the pickup and dropoff process was terrible - frustrating, hidden fees, and 30+ minutes. I've never experienced anything like it in 30+ years of travelling internationally.

Pros: I will not be back.

Cons: Terrible outfit to rent a car. Very low price, but they make you pay for everything when dropping off the car. Three day rental: picking up $198.00 drop off $989.00. Horrible place read all google reviews they are accurate. I should have listened.

Pros: the care and service the rental agent gave us

Cons: I had a truck on hold for us at 12 and did not get there until 3:50. I thought I had the flight number included in our rental. Truck was not there when we arrived and I was given another vehicle.

Pros: quality of the vehicle and price, both were great

Cons: How long it takes to walk to the shuttle (a 15 minute walk from US arrivals), how hard it was to get INTO the shuttle, very tall, not user friendly, and then the agent said I was not on the list so had to get out and back in again when he found my name. NOT a good start.

Pros: Good value

Cons: Agents did not have my reservation in their system on arrival. Had to create a new booking, though at least they honoured the rate I had been given. Although the agents were friendly, they did not seem organized, and this process took way too long.

Pros: After some mix ups, they did help us solve the issues to accomomdate us.

Cons: No winter tires on the vehicle which was surprising. Not communicated that the shuttle did not return to the airport after 6:00 on a Sunday when our reservation was to drop-off by 8:00 pm.

Pros: Friendly guys, gave us discount when we returned car day early.

Cons: 1. Too bad desk not in the airport. And we had to wait a while for pick up by shuttle. The email said to go to Door #1, but driver went somewhere else. It was cold. Need more clarity on where to pick up. 2. It was cold, but this car was terrible at keeping windows unfogged/unfrosted. This was too bad since kids in back seats could see nothing, none of the gorgeous Rocky. Mountains .

Pros: The van was comfortable and easy to drive

Cons: The car company came to pick us up from the airport in a small van therefore had to go back and get larger van to accommodate our group. At service desk, was told that car was booked through a booking company and they do not know anything about the arrangements made through the company (which is Discover care Hire). The van didn't have winter care package which we asked for and were not able to get because they said they do not offer that on their cars.Didn't have GPS even when we asked for it.
