Pros: The car worked.

Cons: The collection process is too slow, it took us 2 hours and the queue wasn't very long at all. Less forms to be filled in on site, when all the information has been filled in previously.

Pros: Very bad customer service, staff not friendly.

Cons: Bad Customer service, not enough staff to service the customer quicker and no refund policy. And they try to sell their own insurance 3 times the price with giving you an option.

Cons: Car was a disgrace poor maintainence warning lights on dash saying a service was required could hardly get up hills Complained and asked for a replacement We got the car at the airport and was told we would hav to take the car back there from Gozo!!! We had plans with griends and family and did not hav time to drive all the way back to the airport I feel strongly that we shoukd have been brought avreplacement car Whst woukd hav happened if the car had broken down on Gozo ?

Pros: The company name was Goldcar not Rhodium and the only positive thing to mention is that the lady on the desk was friendly.

Cons: Everything. Goldcar are the worst copy we have ever rented a car from and should be investigated for conning their customers out of money in any way they can. A dreadful experience and we will actively avoid this company at all costs in the future.

Cons: The car booked was not even close to the car we had. The state of the car was terrible, very badly damaged. The price was higher than quoted and had hidden fees.

Pros: No any positive wording

Cons: 1. Queuing for the car takes 1.5 hours 2. First car offered was rejected due to damage, dirt and lack of maintenance 3. Second car was accepted despite on dirt and not adjusted clatch 4. Full-out - Full-in procedure is not followed and creates a problem when buying fuel uplift 5. No car acceptance performed at re-delivery Judgement: NEVER AGAIN

Cons: Very old car, durty and the air conditioning was not working properly and a permanent noise on the front wheels. But service was so long that I didn.t claim anything as I didn't wanted to loose half day waiting the car maintenance.
