Cons: Desk at BCN hard to find, staff slow, no explaination of additional (unrequired) insurance. Car was in poor condition, on dropping off no mention of discussion on mileage and then charged for fake excess miles. Extremely difficult to contact via web page for customer support. I don’t have a client number of paperwork and it says my email is incorrect so I can’t log my complaint to get fraudulent charges refunded.
Pros: Nothing. Zero. Awful
Cons: It was awful. Awful. i was not able to get the car at all. The staff tried to trick me and debited my card 130 euros more for what i thought was a fuel deposit.
Cons: Appalling. Over charged to begin with but it was only a few pound so I decided to ignore it - a month later I've been charged again for no reason. No email, no call and can't speak to anyone because only a spanish speaking call centre number is provided. Car was in good shape and was fine for our needs. Unfortunately the dreadful customer service and hidden car fees have ruined what would have been a company I would use again.
Cons: 1) They give you the car keys at the counter and then send you to the lot to find the car. The attendants did not help and we spent 10 minutes looking for the car. 2) Extra charges for vacuuming the interior: for EU 150.00 we could have had the car detailed. The "extra" cleaning should have not taken more than 1/2 to 1 hour. 3) Car had lots of Kilometers and was showing signs of its usage.
Pros: they don’t have my car and they didn’t refund me
