Pick-up instructions
After collecting the luggage, customers have to go outside the airport building through the exit door and in front of them, they will find a bus shelter stop with signs indicating Car Rental. They can wait there for the shuttle bus (the bus has the following sign: Shuttle to Car Rentals). This bus will take them directly to the car rental center where they can find our office.

Pros: Nothing. The agent tried to scam me for expensive insurance and while I did not go for it, it made me very anxious about driving until I could reach my credit card company to verify that I did not need the insurance.
Cons: A hard sell on the insurance that scared me into thinking my credit card coverage would not apply. I didn't go for the scam, which would have cost me $400 or more additional. I called my credit card company and verified that I did not need the extra insurance. But I spent the whole vacation worrying that Rhodium / GoldCar would make it nearly impossible for me to recoup my 1,500 Euro deposit if something did happen. No accident occurred so I did not have to find out, but it was very unpleasant.
