Record-go at Ibiza Airport

Pros: No service was provided by record go, they were unreachable by the the 3 phone numbers provided before I arrived in Ibiza, when I got there and the next day, do not use!

Cons: They have taken my money and didn’t provide a service, so not use!

Pros: They are fast to give the car and return.

Cons: The car was dirty, wet and smelling cigarette. They don’t check the car for damages and you are responsible to take your own photos. Those fotos are the proof you must have to show them when returning the car. It’s not very reliable because if you forget to take a photo of one damage they can charge you. I hope this system doesn’t turn the new way of the rental cars. They also put a lot of pressure to you to buy their insurance and it’s not the right beginning of a vacation trip.

Cons: At drop off there was a lady that took the keys and checked the vehicle. I asked if she could help book us a car in Barcelona and she said no Record go does NOT have a branch in Barcelona. Only for us to land in Barcelona and see the Record Go offices. Was very disappointed. Well she made you loose business. Rented a car from sixth. Very happy with their services.

Cons: Extremely hard sell of insurance, even when you already have comprehensive insurance. Also charge extra for a tank of fuel, I may get it back after 30 days but I suspect they will forget and I will have to waste my chasing them. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Pros: Really nothing. They request an extra payment of 40 euros only because it was later than 11:00 pm. Nothing in the rental process informed about that.

Cons: The payment only because it was later than 23:00 pm. And the worst is the 1400 euros taken from my credit card for 30 days only as a deposit. Completely unacceptable.

My hire excess insurance which had the same features as the one offered by Recordgo cost me £8.60 from Leisureguard while they were pressurizing me to purchase theirs for £117! Poor service from the attendant.

Cons: The seller wanted to force the purchase of insurance despite the fact that I had already bought insurance by the doscover cars website. Then he provided incorrect information about deductible. He sad that it was unlimited and that my insurance will not cover it. All this greatly extended the process of collecting the car, which made the whole experience unpleasant.
