Cons: Getting to the office was lengthy and confusing. There was only one person working one desk, so once we got there is took a long time waiting for our turn.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: This place is so shady and unprofessional that we ended up abandoning our reservation and going to Enterprise next door. Pros: The car rental agent was good. She was very thorough reviewing the condition of the car before lending it out to me.

Cons: The car mileage that we rented was over 100,000 miles and I felt uncomfortable driving it at long distance.

Pros: ONLY the driver who picked us up.

Cons: They charged us in pesos and charged more than we booked for. Felt like the whole operation was a scheme to get insurance money out of you. Would NEVER use them again. First car they gave us had the low tire pressure light on and the check engine light on.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Everything else. It took forever to be picked up by the shuttle. That day they only had two people working. The guy getting the cars for people was also the shuttle driver. It took over an hour wait to get my rental. I'll never rent from POP again. I also had to pay in pesos instead of US dollars. Overall unprofessional and a very seedy feel.

Pros: There were burns all over the car from California fires and the tires pressure light was on

Cons: I didn’t like anything about it. It was a night mare. People who are working there don’t care for their customers and I couldn’t find anyone there at the office till 8:50 am to return the car and drop me off to the airport. I missed my flight and had to stay for 6 hours stranded with a baby at the airport.

Cons: Picking up the car I had horrible service and it took 2.5hrs to obtain the car.

Pros: really, nothing

Cons: finding the rental agency from the terminal was difficult and the shuttle from the remote depot was not aware that their agency name was POP. The car given to us had stains on the seats, missing hubcaps and had difficulty starting twice after we put gas in it. We tried called POP during normal business hours when the vehicle wouldn't start. No one answered and there was not a way to leave a message.

Pros: The car was in a good condition and a good compact car for getting around the city.

Cons: The service picking up the car was overall the most disappointing experience. The associates didn’t seem very courteous or professional and I did not feel like my time was valued.

Pros: Nothing at all. It was terrible and I would never rent from them again.

Cons: It was far away from the airport, requiring multiple steps to reach. The car provided was not the one reserved. The car's check engine light came on within 100 miles.
