Cons: כתוב מחיר ושאתה מגיע להוציא את הרכב המחיר משתנה כגון: ביטוח ביטול השתתפות עצמית לא כתוב שחייבים לקחת מהם ואני עשיתי בחברה חיצונית שהרבה יותר זולה 30$ לכל התקופה אבל הם מחייבו אותי לעשות אצלהם את הביטוח 200$ והם אמרו לי שאחרי הביטוח ביטול השתתפות עצמית חוץ אם יהיה חסר דלק אני לא ישלם כלום ואחרי יומיים של החזרת הרכב אני מגלה שהם גבו ממני עוד 700 ש"ח לנקיון הרכב ???

Pros: Car was new and clean.

Cons: They didn't give me the same car that i booked or similar to it, they gave me a hole different and smaller size. I rented skoda kodiaq ( which had a very big boot space ) which i really needed. But they gave me seat ateca instead which is smaller and compared to skoda karoq ( the smaller version from kodiaq), not similar to the kodiaq and much smaller. I really suffered all the time in my trip (26 days).

Pros: Panek responded quickly to inform me they will not be refunding me the money for the two year service done I had to do out of pocket on a car that was not reliable for my extended trip.

Cons: I received a car that was not prepared and had to service it. The car rented for two months for a trip throughout Europe. Within two weeks I had to do an annual service on it and had to pay for it as I was not able to make it back for a replacement car. Panek refused to repay me for the money I had to spend to service their car that was supposed to be prepared for a two month rental. Horrible customer service and I lost two days from my vacation to deal with the matter. The car was not reliable

Pros: The desk representative tried being helpful and did his best with the situation he was presented with.

Cons: The class of the car I reserved was not there at the time of my arrival, the car that was given to me was filthy and run down with squealing brakes amongst other issues. The class of the car I needed and reserved apparently was not available in the entire country. I ended up renting with Hertz to get great customer service.

Pros: Friendly and helpful. Good value. We had a new Seat Ibiza.

Cons: Easy to contact, we took out the extra insurance cover. Thankfully we didn't need it but it is best to be safe than sorry. Drivers on the roads here tend have spacial awareness issues and drive very close to your rear end. We was slightly after time when returning the car due to traffic so we telephoned ahead and was reassured that all will be okay.

Pros: Overall, the price was good enough.

Cons: We spent more than an hour standing in line and there were only 3 clients before us. Than the car appeared not arrived yet and we waited another 15 -20 min, than we started to fill documentation that also took time. Additionally, they asking you to sign damages report in the office before you see the car, seems strange.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 465.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

If the duration of your stay in Poland is longer than 6 months, a driver license issued in Poland is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

For the following car group(s): Premium, a credit card is required.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 3 months.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Moldova, Russia.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
