Cons: When booking I selected a more expensive fuel option of "full to full". Unfortunately, when collecting the car from Orlando, it only had half the petrol in the tank, so I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to fill it up. Also when returning the car there was no staff so I had to leave the car with the key inside. Some staff arrived after 10 minutes but it was time to go for our flight so we couldn't wait for their assessment.
Pros: Pleasant courteous staff
Cons: I think they are operating a scam on damage to the car when people have their own excess insurance. They are happy to supply cars that are not fit for purpose.
