Noleggiare at Naples Airport

Cons: We originally booked an automatic compact car. On arrival they only had a 7 seater automatic car available which was not an option for us. The only alternative available was a manual Toyota Aygo for which they charged the same price as our originally booked compact automatic. This car had a faulty warning light for the tyre pressures. Also on our return they tried to charge us for damage. Luckily we had taken a video and were able to show it was already damaged on pick up.

Cons: Everything- huge wait, dirty car, unhelpful and rip off when car sold to me was not available and replaced with fiat 500, still waiting for a deposit back and awful drop off experience

Pros: Friendly, very nice people!

Cons: Took way too long to get me on my way. Offered an electric van that had been in a significant accident such that passenger door noise when opening turned heads for a good distance. And no local charging available - 4/5 were closed. And one was underground with an not fitting. Returned it for gas vehicle within an hour.

Cons: They gave us electric cars instead of diesel car. It wasn't charged and then the supercharger of Tesla wasn't functioning even when they said it would. When coming back, they provided us with the normal diesel car but for the price 4x higher!!!

Pros: We had to pay another inssurance at Nolegiarre because they said thr broker doess not cover the car inssurance.

Pros: The car was clean and in good conditions, the office was close to airport.

Cons: The desk-agent (woman with black long hair and glasses) was very rude, was shouting with us and laught that we had to hurry to get our plane. She told us after the drop off, that we dont have any shuttle, and if we want to hurry and be close to the terminal, we should choose next time another car rental company.

Cons: No spare tyres where given. He had a puntirec tyre. We seemed help from you guys and it took over 3 hours and still no help arrived. It was late at night. We managed to get a lift. We had to return to vehicle the next morning to sort it out. All I all it wasted 7 hours of time plus the 3 collecting the car.

Cons: I ordered cabrio/convertible and paid more for convertible, but got standard version of the car. The Rental Company said that they don't have cabrio/convertible. They provided car bad technical condition.

Pros: It was hard to find, and when we find that let us wait outside for a long time, just outside in the street! Then that said we should do a complete insurance and that one we did in your web was not good. We paid twice inshurence!!! A lot of money! Wham we got the car it was empty total empty of fuel and empty of urinalysis. And then when we had to bring the car back at 4 am, there was not a place to return. We look for the place and we almost mid the flight.

Pros: please avoid this company at all costs!! they try to scam you claim you did damages you already had when you took the car (always video and take photos) + 3 hours it took me to get the roadside assistance on the line for help at 23:00 in a freezing raining night. when they finally came with a tow truck i had to pay 140 EUR to get back to my hotel in Naples, the day after i called to get a replacement vehicle, but the lady on the line lied and said "i dont have a automatic gearbox car available

Cons: There was no service. I filled their car with fuel on return to the point it was overflowing and the gauge went to three quarters. As a result they're trying to charge me €85 for fuel service, when I know the tank was full. The car had low tire pressure warnings when I got it, one brake light was out, and fallen off interior parts were laying in the back. The staff who checked me in was so harried he didn't bother to listen when I told him about the fuel gauge problem.

Cons: Shuttle did come come, automatic vehicle was not available even though we had called to change arrival time. Were left without a vehicle stranded at their office after walking there and waiting for a shuttle forever.

I took extensive photos of the damage to the car before leaving your facility on 12th September. The sheet listing existing damage - part of the rental agreement - was over two pages long. I returned the vehicle with absolutely no damage whatsoever and have photos confirming same. There was no damage to this vehicle upon its return othe

Cons: You delivered a car to me without technical control with a non-existent level of engine oil, which could have caused serious damage and put me at great risk.

Cons: Attitude in arranging customers pick up, suggesting to walk to their office although approx. 500mt from airport terminal, neglecting, although 3 people in mini bus to load baggage on minibus, luck of explanation that the €600.00 deposit is only as a precautionary measure but released once car returned,for customer who have paid the full cover for peace of mind and drop off of car in their new car parking open 24hrs is actually closed until 4.30 am with no assistance to drop you back at terminal.

Cons: - Nollegiare over-charged 50 euro at pick up, luckily we noticed - they wrote fuel tank was 80% full, was only 50% - took the prepaid downpayment a second time (!) at drop off and only after 4 emails and 5 calls they agreed to refund this - allowed us an extra hour at check-in but then charged us a full day anyway despite dropping car within this hour Noleggiare does not make its money by renting out cars, they make their money by ripping people of on side points.
