Pros: Nothing never recomend to anyone

Cons: they kept lying they dont have our booked car. Then they gave us wrong documents of the car. I checked the documents and still they handed over me wrong papers. They mentioned on paper 2000 extra kilometers to add money. There was limited milage on our booking and they already added 2000km. On clock there was 54815 and they wrote in paper work 52815

Pros: When asking if AMEX cards were acceptable the lady should have explained that it was necessary for them to charge (as opposed to hold pending) and then refund. I would then have been aware of a non sterling transaction fee being incurred. I could quite easily have used a visa or Mastercard where apparently the sum would have been pending as opposed to taken from the account and then being refunded.

Cons: The issue of them not holding the deposit but charging it completely and then refunding a few days later. I’ve never experienced this with any of the many companies I’ve hired though.

Cons: The fact they took 156 Euros for no reason. I signed the paper and the guy checked the car, signed it and said everything was fine..now this. I photographed him so am happy to supply these details.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Contract fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Security Deposit will be doubled for using the following services: crossing country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 15 EUR refueling service charge.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
