Drop-off instructions
Our parking lot is located on the 1° floor of the "Piastra Parking Garage" in Via Marsala 53, about 500 mt from the office.
Customers will have to enter the garage (all Locauto plates will be automatically recognized by the parking system), reach the first floor and leave the car in one of the Locauto assigned parking spots. If the plate won't be recognized, customers will have to inform the parking staff using the machine at the entrance.
In case of out of hours return, customers will have to leave the keys into the dedicated Key box nearby the check-in cabin. Important: the contract will be closed at the office reopening. The service is available 24/7.

Cons: I booked Volkswagen T Roc or similar on August 1, 2023 in Locauto Rome (Termini). But at the moment to receive the car on August 14, 2023, Locauto couldn't provide me the same car I booked. Locauto provided me with upgrade car Volvo V60 but for me it was a very bad option because the car is very very long and it was very difficult to drive this car in Tuscany in small roads. I was unhappy with this car for 11 days during my vacation.
