Pros: Greeted with a friendly smile. Pick up was easy. Drop off was flexible and they accommodated my changes when I called them. Car was the best I've ever had in the 5 door mini class. I'll be booking with them again for sure.

Pros: I have used the service twice now and they have performed exactly as promised. Reliable, punctual, and quick to respond. Both times the cars were near brand new and in excellent condition. The reps were prompt and easy to deal with, the whole experience was a none event, which is what you want at the end of a long flight.

Did not even deliver a car to the airport, claimed an agent was waiting 3h for me, however -I have called their number 13 times and no answer, I have msg them multiple times. Cons: 1. it didnt specify which terminal to pick up from and we went to the wrong terminal. 2. We were delayed by about an hour and a half so picked up the car about 2 hours later than we had stipulated, and so they sent the car back to their head office. 3. we then paid for a taxi to go and pick it up from the head office. 4. we lost the set of keys on the first day, so they came and picked the car up, took it away and send there is no refund, substitute car or a new set of keys.

Cons: The accusation of being dishonest reference the issue of fuel, this was not discussed on return but just informed by e-mail 2 days later that I was being charged additional cost!! I was told the gauge was working but the problem was it did not show FULL when filled. I challenged this with a request to Lion Car to put fuel in and check how many litres were used but they obviously are only interested in taking my money. This STEALING!! Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Winter package, Toll device, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 900 km per rental.
For rentals lasting 4 to 10 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per rental.
For rentals lasting 11 to 30 days, mileage is limited to 4000 km per rental. For each additional km an additional charge of 0.10-0.65 EUR per km will apply.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 3 days before the pick up date.
Crossing country borders is allowed by previous request and for an additional charge of 60-90 EUR per rental.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Serbia, Turkey, European Union.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance. Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
