Cons: Misplaced our reservation and was not at the airport when we arrived. Did not meet us at listed return time. We had to contact the company for pick up and drop off.

Pros: Cost effective car hire, The car was compact & fuel economy was great. The car was not a new 1, had scratches & Dents but was all pointed out on the hire agreement. The agent was Extremely efficient.

Cons: There was nobody to meet & greet at airport terminal, although when we finally managed to contact agent, he was very apologetic & polite. Card machine didn't work, delayed our trip by 1 & 1/2 hours. We nearly didn't complete the hire agreement & was facing trying to find another hire care. The agent managed to get the card machine to work & we completed the hire agreement.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 600.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Cross border fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 81.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
