Pros: Not at all.

Cons: We arrived when they were closing (midnight) on the 3rd. It seemed like they were not expecting us and they were almost hostile. They told us right away that they did not have the car we ordered. We would have to pay EUR 200 more for another type of car. We had signed for a full protection but they wanted extra money for the full protection. We ended up leaving without a car when they kept asking for more money. I think they were up to EUR 1.200 or 1.400 in the end (double price we booked).

Pros: Droppring off the car was very easy, we didnt spend too much time on the contarary picking up the car

Cons: We had to pay another insurence for unwxpected situations. Europcar said that if something happen first we had to pay repair cost, then we can demand from insuarance company. We didnt want to do that, so they said you had to pay money for europecar too. So we did it, it was surprise for us. we spent too much time for picking up the car, we waited more than 2 hours, and we had a reservation. Having a reservation doesn't change anything, we understood that.

Pros: Fairly good service at the counter once it's your turn to pick up the car and rapid dropp off when returning the car.

Cons: Too long time spent waiting in line to pick-up the car. On-line registration and faster delivery of the car would be appreciated.

Cons: Took hours to collect the car at Nice airport when family and friends using Avis and others were done in minutes. Not clear Keddy is a subsidiary of Europcar so took a while to find where to collect the car. No invoice provided and extra money taken from my card without permission and without invoice.

Pros: The car I received was in good condition

Cons: The car I was offered (Honda CR-H) is a size down from the one I reserved (Hyundai Tuscon), but the Keddy desk agent insisted they're both of the same class. I guess that's what I get for going with Keddy? I unfortunately needed the Tuscon-sized vehicle to haul all my luggage, so I paid extra at the desk to 'upgrade' my vehicle class to a Tuscon-sized car (Jeep Compass).

Pros: Initially things were fine , we came to an agreement to upgrade our car to a T Roc . However , within 3 miles of leaving the airport I hit a kerb and we had a tyre blowout .

Cons: We tried to ring emergency numbers without success until 2 helpful locals put in the right dialling code and someone came to tow the car away and a few minutes later we were taken to our hotel by taxi . EUROPCAR sent a taxi for us to pick up a replacement car and we had no further problems . Whilst we expected a surcharge and there were admin and damage charges totalling €370 BUT we did not expect a fuel surcharge of €101 because we had filled up the car a few miles before giving it back to them

Pros: Drop off was easy and a very simple process.

Cons: We were kept waiting whilst a member of staff photo copied paperwork then eventually due to a queue building decided she would serve us, once serving she had very little interest and we felt like an inconvenience. No information given regarding car park egress, had to ask a different rental car customer who had been given the relevant information by their staff.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Debit cards, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France - Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain - Balearic Islands, Spain-Canary Islands, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by previous request at airport locations.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
