Pros: Serviced by EuropeCar
Cons: Keddy took a long time to process paperwork and issue the car. The car is then parked 8-10 minutes walk from terminal. They charged me extra for fuel even though i filled the tank and showed the receipt along with admin charges of 20 euros. They also charged me jurmala entry fee fine and admin charges. I showed them receipt that i paid and the case is still not resolved. All in all not good experience.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax).

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
Minimum rental age is 21 years for car group Premium, Fullsize.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Premium, Fullsize a driver license valid for at least 2 years is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): Latvian, together with the original license, must be presented.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
