Cons: The car had 100,000Km on it and sounded like it was going to break down at any point. Could hear that the car (Yaris) likely had front end issues. Car good on gas though.

Pros: I don’t get the vehicle I reserved. Even though the vehicle I received was bigger and reliable, there was a lingering smell that would not go away. I paid and reserved newer vehicle (VW) late model but instead I received a early model vehicle (SUZUKI). That is my concern. This was my first time doing business with this company, not sure I’ll be doing that again nor will I recommend friends and family to do business with your company. I don’t even remember receiving an apology from the staff.

Cons: They was no clear instruction given when I was asked to return the blue form, as proof I have returned their car on time. There was an average cue at the office but no was going in or out and I did not know all I had to do was to just drop it off.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 705.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers between the ages of 21 and 22 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 3 year(s).
For vehicles in groups Standard, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
