Pros: Nothing
Cons: Desk not manned when collecting car, just a sign saying "Go to Goldcar desk" at which there was a 2 hour 30 minute delay.
Pros: The staff.
Cons: There were not enough staff at the drop off. The lady managing the returns was massively over worked. It was sad to watch her being worked so hard.
Pros: the new car and price was ok the staff try to be helpful but not a enough of them
Cons: the wait to pick up the car and drop it off at drop off the temperature was 39 degrees in the car park

Cons: Appalling ‘scam’ at reception. One had to purchase a ‘ priority ticket’ at €20 to be seen. Heavy pressure to purchase unnecessary additional insurance.
Pros: Lady was well trained and helpful
Cons: Took a long time to process, lady was on her own and there should have been support for her, the queues built up and had very long waits.
