Pros: Friendly and efficient staff.

Cons: If you don't have your international drivers license with you there's a very large fee. If you get a flat it's also rather expensive.

Pros: Clean car and in good condition. Easy drop-off.

Cons: Was charged an extra fee because my credit card expired soon after the rental, however I wasn't told about this by Discover Cars. It wasn't in their terms and conditions.

Cons: I was unable to pick up the car due to name in my credit card not match name on reservation (by 2 letters!!). I did not receive a refund, was not offered an alternative at the same price, was treated rudely. Definitely will not use this again!

Cons: He tried to sell me extra insurance telling me I needed an international driving permit as Britain not in EU. When declined he said he shouldn’t hire car to me but would do a new contract and I needed to hope I didn’t get stopped by police as me and car would be impounded for three months! Scaremongery
