Pros: The car was new as promised and did not have trouble for the entire rental period except at check in.

Cons: After getting all the paper work. I have bene told to go and pick up the car. I spent two hours under 100 degree F waiting for the car at the airport parking lot. They realized that it was parked on a different location on the other end of the town. It was an amateur mistake, a simple phone call to the agent at the parking lot could have avoided all the stress. I have been communicating with the supervisor for over three months. I was trying to avoid any unnecessary errors. Yet it did not help.

Pros: Nothing in particular - generally OK except a few detailed niggles - see next box

Cons: Paper work at pick-up seemed to take ages. Car had only just been valeted so seats were damp when we got in. Needed a ticket to exit the car park - no-one told us that so we were delayed. Important documents (in addition to hire contract) were not pointed out to us, and when stopped by the police we had a worrying few minutes of being totally lost about what they were asking for - nothing in the glove box, and the cops eventually found the documents themselves between the seats & centre console.

Pros: the connivence of being inside the airport!

Cons: The wheels of the car kept leaking the whole time I had the car!! Also, when i went to drop the car off it was extremely hard to find an agent, which was super inconvenient since my flight was about to leave.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Senior drivers 80 years of age or older who wish to rent a vehicle must purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

For vehicles in groups Compact, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
A signed credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons. The imprint may be used to cover any additional charges at the end of the rental.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
