Once you land at the Arlanda airport, go to terminal 4 bus stop 16, or for terminal 2 + 3 bus stop 8. A bus with Green Motion sign will pick you up and take you to the Green Motion Arlanda office which is 10 minutes away. The bus runs every 30 minutes from 8AM. For any further assistance call 0046 8 302 777

Cons: Diners card not accepted.minor hiccup with the car but easily solved and i think it was just an exception.

Cons: Öffnungszeiten: Am Sonntag öffnet Greenmotion erst um 10 Uhr (!!!). Kommuniziert wurde mir 8 Uhr. Da mein Flug bereits um 7 Uhr stattfand, musste ich jemanden organisieren, der für mich das Mietauto zurückbrachte. Obermühsam, musste diese Person zusammen mit zahlreichen weiteren Personen zwei Stunden bis 10 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen warten, bis dann endlich jemand das Auto zurücknahm.

Pros: The receptionist ( I believe her name Wilma). When we picked up the car, she was very friendly and helpful but at the same time very professional.

Cons: We had a flat tyre on the motorway and needed assistance but support we got, was not as good as we would have liked.

Pros: was nice that agent wait for me after opening hours - flight delay

Cons: Deposit refund must be quicker!! Was a big amout (around 1.800 EUR) and after 3 days (after returning) I still have no my money back :-(

Cons: Only 1 person serving, had to wait 15 minutes to be served. Plus the electronic forms to sign were very difficult to sign on my phone

Cons: The bus to collection point thought it no longer stopped at green motion. The bus to airport didn't run at reported times.

Pros: In the office very fast and polite service

Cons: To collect the car, the Green Motion office is further away than the others. The instructions for the shuttle bus (which is not the standard one) are written in small print. The bus stop indicated on the form (n. ° 11) does not exist: it is not active due to renovation works. Only by calling did we receive the correct indication: bus stop n ° 13. You have to wait a long time, about 15', for the shuttle bus . We were able to collect the car only an hour after exiting the airport.

Pros: Fast and efficient

Cons: An error on the invoicing meant we were credited but we lost on the SEK to GBP exchange rate. If the invoice had been correct, the crediting back wouldn't have caused us to be out of pocket.

Pros: Even though waited for 15 minutes, The return was easy, car was not checked by the agent, (hoping they will not charge for any dirtiness or damage).

Cons: I was running late because lost my luggage and took the wrong bus, and then discovered that the door is closed it was me, wife and 3 kids at 23:15 in a windy cold weather.
