Pros: The rental desk is providing a good service
Cons: We selected the Toyota RAV from your site, of which host 4 pax and 3 big luggages. It was informed that they did not have the type of car. The selected car type will map to a Countryman. How could you imagine a Countryman can host 4 pax and then 3 luggages? They upgraded us to a Mercedes with 30 pounds per day but with the insurance of 40+ per day. In addition, when returned car, we asked how we should handle tickets, they informed that cs will take care, end up charged us 84@ for handling.
Cons: Potentially some of the worst and rudest customer service I have ever known. Decided not to take the car in protest at poor service.
Pros: despite the initial hard sell on insurance and being hit w/a large damage deposit for refusing (Our discover car hire said we had coverage) we were treated fairly upon return w/damage to one wheel questioned for which we had pictures to prove pre-existed. The final inspection was fair and fast. car was great and handled 5 people plus luggage. skoda wagon.
Cons: i got the impression that they make their money on damages not covered by insurance..which caused some anxiety. They were all about taking photos of existing damage before getting behind the wheel for the first time to document condition. I had the car for 2 weeks logged over 725 miles and fortunately despite being from the states and dealing w/uk's narrow streets and garages etc...i didn't put a mark on the car. Initial impression-bad final impression-good! overall quick and fair.
Cons: Took around one and half hours queing and then finalizing rental before getting the car.
Pros: I reserved a BMW X3. When I arrived the Greenmotion office, the staff told me they have no X3. The similar is citroen c4
Pros: Relatively easy process, handing back the car was very easy. Could be better by having more staff at the Heathrow branch as it is very busy
Cons: When handing over the keys, no information was prided to me. Had to learn as I went. Didn’t even know if the tank was petroleum or diesel
Pros: The representatives were extremely helpful and couldn't have done more for me.
Cons: The location and size of the office is the only criticism I have. It would be ideal if there was a free shuttle bus for Green Motion customers from each terminal especially at busy times and the office needs to have more staff. It was fine for me because I picked up my car at a quiet time of day but when I returned it, there was a huge queue to pick up cars.

Cons: Desk agent didn’t explain insurance properly, and fooled me into buying insurance when I didn’t want the upgraded options. Gave me two options of insurance, and having come off a long haul flight (44 hours) I was fooled into purchasing one. I however did get a refund which was much appreciated from the manager

Pros: The guy I spoke to in Heathrow was very honest. Very fast service. Quick to communicate via email. Very nice car and was very clean.
Cons: Heathrow office never answers the phone. Was told they are so cheap because they make their money charging for scratches etc out of the deposit. However, I didn't experience this as a problem when I dropped the car off and the inspection wasn't pedantically close. Hard to actually find the office and where to collect the car. The entrance/ exit of the car collection is through some very thin width restriction bollards.
Pros: The desk staff are very helpful and quick to clarify concerns.
Cons: The people handling the vehicles on both acceptance and return are very aloof and unhelpful.

Cons: Getting to the place was a nightmare, waited over an hour for the bus, really need your own transportation to holiday inn. Seevice agents are slow, trying to sell you all sorts of add ons, I would of booked them online if i had wanted them, when youve travelled all night to fet there, all you want is effiency in getting car,

Pros: It was very easy and straight forward when collecting/returning the car. The staff who give you the car are very pleasant.

Cons: everything else. The vehicle check-out process and drop off, in particular, was a joke. Plus I incurred huge charges for minor damage which I don't believe I was responsible for.

Cons: Very inefficient when picking up the car. Only one staff member on duty initially, several customers waiting. The process also takes too long, despite all documentation being in order. An additional wait for the car to be ready. Took nearly two hours in total.

Cons: Ridiculous time spent queuing to pick up the car because all the agents were trying to persuade every customer to take out Greenmotion's own insurance policy (at excessive cost) and then cancel existing cover after leaving the offices, and to increase daily mileage limits. Took over 1.5 hours from arriving to collect the car and driving off the property.

Cons: We tried to point out marks on the car at pick up but the staff told us not to worry and that the marks were not significan. At return we were charged for a 'scratch' that had been there at pick up. It was clear to us that this was a profit making exercise. We were extremely unhappy and will recommend to family and friends that they avoid Green Motion. We will also leave feedback on social media warning people against using this company as I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer like we did.

Cons: I have a problem where you had charged my credit card more then you are supposed to. There were additional charge on the credit card STANDARD CHARTERED from ac **4684 @ 17oct 18 at Green Motion MYR 319.42 and another similar charge on the same date and amount. Appreciate for your confirmation if the charges were from you.
Pros: Nothing. They take pride in scamming you out of money, they are all part of it. The reason they charge you so little in hiring the car is so they get you to take out their insurance which adds about minimum of £40/day. If you use your own travel insurance, they will get you back by giving you a car which already has damage on it (which you can hardly see, unless you squint your eyes and look at various angles, you might just be able to make it out)

Pros: Great pick up experience. Helpful and kind. Did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time, and everything was explained to me clearly and well.
Cons: Drop off. Things were unclear and uncertain. The guy a the counter was both rude and condescending, both of which were unwarranted in the situation (as I was not rude, condescending, or demanding to him).

Pros: Dreadful experience - green motion office was closed when I arrived to collect my car and I spent the night On a sofa in local hotel reception. Car was filthy, dented and scratched in more places than not and I was given an “upgrade” I didn’t want and it cost me more money.
Cons: When raising a complaint I was referred to contract small print and basically told it wasn’t their problem. Customer service and customer care is non- existent. If this is your standard for your chosen partners then you’ll soon have no business

Cons: The price. The time spent getting the car. The bait and switch that went on throughout the discussions. The comment that I could get into a “larger car” with GPS for the same price as my original offer with GPS separate to only then discover that the car we were “up-sold” to had no GPS.

Cons: You sell an insurance package on your website which the green motion representative told me was rubbish when I commented that surely as they were represented by your website they should approve this product and why was it offered to me he said "well that's the problem with booking on line you are offered insurance products that aren't good ! I'd love to know how anyone would even know about green motion if they weren't on your website. In the end he persuaded me to cancel your insurance .
Pros: Car itself was in very good condition
Cons: Very long wait to pick the car up - about 50 minutes in the queue - not what you want at any time let along after a 24 hour trip from Australia. On return a tiny dent (almost invisible) was found on the car and so a "dent charge" was made. This may or may not have been justified. The dent was so small that it could have been there when I picked the car up - I wouldn't have seen it at the level of inspection I made at pickup time
Cons: Picked up car and the service lite was on. I drove back in to show them and he stated it was fine. On the 2nd day of the trip It said Blue needed to be added. Was never told or showed where diesel and blue were to be added

Pros: A bit slow process to pick up car. However, the car was really good and they were very flexible and fast when I wanted to extend the rental for a day. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Transportation to and from airport is not convenience at all and the bus fee that we have to pay. Lucky us that we have small money from overseas. Timing for pick up is not convenience at all (Need to be afternoon??). Our flight arrived earlier but have to wait for the car then we arrived our destination super late!!!! Size of the car, we traveled from overseas with big suitcases and they almost could not fit in to the car.

Cons: Each person in the queue took 20 mins to be processed and I was there for 1 hour before going to the car. The discussion re the cdw was awfull. I was informed that unless i took out the extra insurance I would be liable for the full value of the car. The explanation was terrible and I nearly gave up and left without the car. I have hired many cars in many countries and this was the worst experience ever.

Cons: I was aggressively upsold a luxury upgrade by an agent who refused to take no for an answer. I would not use the company again. It took about three hours to pick up the car because the agent would not give me the option to rent the standard card I had reserved. Then the car he upgraded me to was far too large for me and I had to return it and rent a smaller car.

The first alternate they provided was defective Service was very poor when the vehicle broke down They have charged foe an alleged scratch which was probably there upon pick up but not visible due to the car being wet and has not even broken the paintwork. They clearly operate a business model based upon maximising revenue through bogus claims. I do not believe that you should offer them as a provider as they are clearly not reputable

Cons: Car was dirty on the inside and has no petrol upon pick-up. Not enough attendees when I dropped the car off - one person trying to serve 5 or 6 people. Off-airport location is not very convenient, and for that reason alone I will likely book with a company that is physically at the airport next time.
Cons: Extortionists - charged me 348 pounds for a hairline scratch that was on the care when i picked i up. They knew it was there and went to it immediately. I have created a complaint with the UK fraud office
Cons: We arrived 1/2 hour late to pick up rental car due to traffic congestion only to find that the car we had hired was no longer available as we were late. After much haggling we managed to secure another vehicle. The vehicle had only just been returned by another hirer and had not been serviced or checked over. Upon us receipting the vehicle the hirer did not go around and check the vehicle for any damage /cleanliness etc so we were forced to take as is. Our bond has still not been refunded.

Cons: Over-charging and erroneous charges. Atrocious customer service when difficulties arose. Even though I provided photos to refute charges there was no refund of money. Total intransigence and lengthy delays in responding to queries while ignoring any issue raised regarding my dissatisfaction. Their lack of response has resulted in unwarranted delays in enabling me to address matters with other parties in a timely fashion.
