Pros: - good ratio quality and costs - good car conditions

Cons: - very slow pick up process

Pros: Car was brand new, clean and easy to drive with a lot of built in assistance.

Cons: It took us nearly 40 min to pick up the car even if we had already done the paperwork and had a pick up time Mileage offered by discover cars on our contract was different from the one that appeared on the screen at Greenmotion (100 miles difference) so we had to purchase unlimited mileage which cost us 30£ more.

Pros: Drop off was good

Pros: Was expecting a total bill of approx €500 In the finish cost nearly €1000 This put a huge hole in my holidays budget

Pros: I've used GreenMotion many times now and have never had a bad experience. Firstly, their price was far better than all the other rental companies. Both collection and return of the vehicle were quick and efficient and the staff were polite, friendly and very professional, a credit to GreenMotion. The vehicle was fantastically clean inside and out, showroom condition. Not for the first time either, the vehicle had the handbook with it which was helpful when trying to understand the controls. A++

Pros: If you want order a car from this company definetely use a waiver insurance. Also take detailed pictures of the car (and also all the dameges and scratches fof the car), they will try to take from you much more money for that that for the rent.

Cons: I get a totally different car (get citroen instead of Volvo), also It was raining when I was picking up the car so they gave me time until 10 am next day to check the car. I found some minor scratches so I take pictures of them. When I was returning the car, they tried to take from me 488 Ł for a scratch 3 cm long. I showed them the pictures and they said that they can see the scratch on the pictures but they are not taking money for sctrach but for the dent that was beneath the scratch.

Cons: Exorbitant charge for fixing a cracked windscreen caused by a passing truck. Although I opted for minimum insurance the excessive and inflated charges plus additional costs meant that I would never use them again or recommend them to others.

Pros: The lady that met us at stansted airport. She was lovely bubbly and easy to talk to.

Cons: Petrol was a bit awkward when u first arrive. Although a map is provided it wasnt easy to find when u dont know where you are going and you dont know the area

Cons: Ripped off at check in - they found an item "used" which I hadn't! I believe they missed it last check in because they went straight to it when I arrived. Over charge made rental price null & void. Also ridiculously slow process in & out.

Cons: Very far from the terminal, shuttle only every half hour - after returning car which took a long time had to take a taxi at my own expense to get to my flight on time as shuttle was 1/2 hour later

Cons: Provided me with a car covered in ice that I had to defrost. I was then charged for a scratch on the wheel trims that I had apparently caused. Fraud!

Cons: Very poor, very slow. Kept waiting for 1 hour even though 3 staff. They were working very slow and reason given staff cuts. I was number 2 in the queue but still 1 hour as number 1 went in 30 seconds ahead of me. Very slow, very poor service. See again form I submitted. Not impressed with your company especially since i requested in search on internet for cheap car rental. Your price was the best till i got to see all the extras added. You are not low priced but you hide everything trapped in

Cons: Not being able to leave keys in hotel unless I had GM excess insurance which was exorbitant (Was checking in at 5 am)

Cons: It took me 2 hours to pick up my car, they had problems, not too sure what though. There was a slight scrape on the side of the car that was not noted down, I was told that wouldn't matter! But I asked the guy to note it and sign for it. On returning the car the very same guy took ages going over the car trying his hRdest to find something, and sure enough he picked up on the little scrape I had asked him to note down, he didn't have it on his papers but I did on mine with his signature!!

Cons: Relates to the Stansted location -Airport transfer time is unacceptable. -They are running a scam on car dents and charging clients unreasonably -The manager in particular is involved.

Cons: Car hire green motion didn't accept my AMEX card despite me paying a first deposit on your website through that. Moreover this was not highlighted CLEARLY on your website that I wouldn't be able to pay on site with AMEX. Company tried to impose their own insurance on me, despite me having a PLATINUM AMEX, which includes excess protection. They would not allow me to pay with it and try to force me to buy insurance. When I declined they rejected my other card and refused to give car to me.

Pros: Car was in excellent condition. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: The very long wait to get the car over hour, foreign people before us not understanding the problems with the additional insurance. It’s much easier in Europe to rent a car. The transfer bus is only 2 an hour, not good enough. Would not use again. Too much hassle
