Pros: Staff are available.

Cons: Hard sell of insurance, cars have all types of faults 15-20 items plus internal cleanliness that the unsuspecting tourist with baggage and kids will have a hard time identifying. Previous poor repairs. Agents do not identify basic faults (2xbroken rear lights) leaving opportunity for abuse given that they accompany and hold paper work.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Extra insurance of 19 euro per day and would not accept international damage waiver policy which I have. Also 1300 euro deposit to be returned 3 weeks later. Did not take the car because of these charges. Used bus and ferry and saved a load of money. Extra cost not made clear before agreeing deal although some info provided after you accept package. Costs should be clear before agreeing hire. Will never use again!

Pros: The price (ish)

Cons: They block charged me 1200 euros Charged me extra because I hadn't been driving for more than 5 years They were short with me and ignored a question I asked. Which I had to repeat twice. Overall pretty rude and had a bad experience. Will consider not booking with them next time.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1250.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
