Pros: The line to get the car was long, representatives working super slowly and could not explain additional charges, had to process the charges first to keep the line going, and then call in to talk to someone knowledgeable. Non disclosed charges - booking receipt says- you pay at pick up:$0.00 in fact paid additional 1/2 of the rental. CS representative admitted over the phone that this is no clear message upon booking that some additional charges will 100% apply.

Cons: The car’s USB and type c port were not working. I could not charge my phone while driving. The car has no way to have map or navigation app.
Pros: A long queue to get the vehicle with only one person working at the desk in the early evening (we all had a long flight), the previous customers might not have pre-booked and had lots of requests. But once it was our turn, the agent was very friendly and the process was fast and efficient.
Cons: A bit confused about too many emails with bills about the same thing?

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees. There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
