Europcar has a partnership with Fox car rental in this location.
San Francisco Airport provides AirTrains from all terminals to the Rental Car Center.
The RED line AirTrain runs between terminals. The BLUE line AirTrain runs from the terminals to the Rental Car Center. Airport signs will direct you to the train boarding areas. The AirTrains run approximately every 4-5 minutes.
Ride the BLUE Line AirTrain to the Rental Car Center.
Upon arrival at the Rental Car Center on the AirTrain follow the signs to Shuttle Island 2 outside the building.

The Fox Rent A Car shuttle operates during regular business hours.

Pros: Muy buen coche, y en general muy contentos
Cons: El lugar de recogida de Fox es difícil de encontrar, ya que te vienen a buscar con furgonetas en un punto que no está bien explícito, es difícil de localizar el lugar de encuentro. Una vez lo localizas, pasan a buscarte y te llevan a Fox ningún problema. Pero llegar de un viaje tan largo y bucar con las maletas unas indicaciones nada bien explicadas se hace un poco duro. Todo lo demás genial.

Cons: I felt the amount of USD 1,300+ was blocked too long on the credit card, especially because we paid this amount when dropping off the car. It took two weeks to release the reservation, which is not comforting when you have dropped off a car 9,000 miles from home…

Pros: Good value for money
Cons: The car was dirty inside and out so it was hard to see any scratches etc. There were personal details from other renters in the glovebox. The rental car agent was unclear and although I had purchased full insurance with europcar prior to picking up the car, said as this was not their insurance it was nothing to do with them and would not cover us. I stood my ground and did not pay the extra insurance they wanted us to pay.

Pros: Car in good condition.
Cons: Wrong category car given. Had to go back next day to change. Opted out of toll,program, yet somehow car fast track antenna is activated. Caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion as toll attendant won't take my cash a few times. And when I returned car and queried, no assistance offered apart from telling to pay up the tolls and violation online. Yet I tried and can't do as I was not provided fast track account number or invoice. Really bad experience from agents who should be more meticulous.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Free modifications.
Rate excludes
It is possible to purchase prepaid tolls.
Prepaid tolls are available for 11.49 USD per day.
If the customer declines Prepaid Toll Service, a penalty of 15.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note that the prepaid toll service will cover only roads operated by the PlatePass Tolling Network. In case of driving on Non-PlatePass roads, the renter will be liable for any toll, or related fines, fees, or penalties incurred during the rental period, and the renter will be charged an administrative fee of 15 USD per toll (up to maximum of 90 USD per rental).
All additional services and extras purchased at the counter are subject to concession and state taxes.
