Pros: Everything was excellent.

Cons: GPS took us through a national park at $35 a person.

Pros: Good price. Good shuttle service. Excellent condition of cars. Helpful desk service once I was able to find the right line.

Cons: There were no signs directing foreign or domestic customers to the correct lines. I stood in the wrong line for over an hour because there were only two desk workers at 5pm on a week day when there were at least 10 work stations. If there had been some signs directing foreign travelers and domestic travelers I would have spent a little less time waiting in line, but still only two desk workers during busy hours?

Cons: it was difficult to find the place to drop it off as it wasn't listed under EuRopcar it was under another name so clarifying that on the instructions would be helpful

Cons: the car we were provided with at reception was much smaller than expected. the published size said it would hold 5 suitcases but we had to upgrade to a bigger car and pay twice the amount at the car rental counter as this wasnt true. I dont feel the car described for the price we booked was accurate and I could have got a bigger car for less form another provider rather then upgrading on the pick up date it was very frustrating.

Pros: Employees were unfriendly at Advantage at the drop-off. Car was not entirely clean

Cons: Wrong information was given at Information desk at LAX. Was told I could take the National shuttle, which was wrong and ended up having to take a taxi from National to Advantage while carrying 100lbs of luggage. Also its in a poor neighborhood and being a woman, I didnt feel safe walking. For future reference, prior information about where to pick up the car would be useful in the confirmation email, as noone knew about Europcar.
