Pros: The price was great and the service was friendly.

Cons: Tried to upsell and did manage to charge me an additional 14 euros to wash the car. Seemed like a boys fee to me.

Pros: we received a much better car than the one we had booked due to availability.

Pros: One agent was very good on the phone, when we called from the Milan airport, while trying to find the shuttle to the rental location.

Cons: A different agent who checked us out was slow, seemingly confused at times, and was too curt with us when we asked questions. We were not expecting service like in a 5-star hotel, but courtesy and basic friendliness could have been improved.

Cons: Hi My booking got canceled due to "credit card error". My credit card did not went through, it kept saying that it's declined and then Ecovia canceled my booking. i had to find another rental place and there my credit card worked. after some talking with other customers, througout the day they had many declines, so it had be about their terminal which was problematic. at the moment i wasted 40 euros in prebooking for nothing and had to make changes in my vacation due to logistics errors.

Pros: Great car for the money. The crew at the drop-off point at the airport was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Very difficult to pick-up the car and no relevant contact numbers to get further help with the car pick-up.

Pros: There were several scratches and little damages on the car from previous rentals which is not nice coz I am always afraid the rent car will claim I did one of them later.

Cons: Was ok when I took the car but the checkout was uncomfortable since i realized the office was shut down for good without notification and no one could help.

Cons: I had booked for diesel car which cost more money, and then ecovia told me that they had no diesel car for me, they had already given to other customers. I asked for my money back at least and they told me that it was booked from another company, there is a procedure etc etc. I did not want to waste my time so I took another car, not too easy, "bigger" . I had booked Renault Clio or similar and they gave me Seat Arona ( metano).

Pros: I thought the original price was good but then the counter person was so pushy on the extra insurance even though I'd purchased the FULL package online.

Cons: We were almost forced to buy their insurance. They were quite rude when we returned the car about where we parked but the man behind the counter was nice.

It isn’t until the day that I’ve arrived with my two teenage kids in tow that I’m told, sorry this reservation requires an international drivers license from AAA. OOPS. You’ll have to pay an extra $600 for added insurance if you actually want the car. I got a song a dance about them being a small local company. BS. IN all my years visiting Italy (20 plus times) never asked

Cons: We arrived at the rental car after an international trip. They offered us a Methan car. Right now the cost of Methan in Italy it’s really expensive and almost no gas station hold it anymore. The agent gave us the car and said that once we would have filled up the tank with Methan (even if expensive) after 5 days of driving we would still have had some left, it was ok. We drove for 25 km and after 30 min and more if driving around, we had to drive all the way back to the car rental and change car

Pros: Nothing , our flight was delayed and I advised eco via that I was going to pick the car up later.Ieven offered to pay in full prior to pick up. They rented the car to someone else and charged me an additional fee for a different car .The vehicle had not been cleaned so we had to wait for that to be done.While on our vacation we had to deal with a maintenance issue and eco via advised us to bring the receipt and we would be reimbursed. They did not.Worst customer service ever!

Cons: upon receipt of the car, it turned out that in order to return it at another airport in the same city, you need to pay extra 70 euros, which was not indicated in the initial cost. they often change exits at the airport from where the shuttle takes to the parking lot, the contract indicates one place, but in fact it’s already another

Pros: The woman who served us was fast, professional, and efficient and kind.

Cons: The woman who served us at Dropoff by the name of Elena (the Russian lady), was very rude, and of course tried to screw us over by insisting that there was a two centimetre mark on the front left alloy wheel that we did to the car. The car already had about twenty different marks and scratches when we picked it up, so the fact that she stressed us out by insisting that we had done this was a pathetic attempt at trying to get us to pay for something. Luckily, I had video that showed the mark.

Cons: The things were not as seemed when we book the car via discover Cars. The rental company told us that the full insurance that we paid were not exactly the full package and we paid more than 100euros extra. Also the first 50euros that we paid was the fees of Discover Cars not for the car Company. We had also problem with our card as the only accept credit cards and not debit cards something that it was never mentioned

Pros: Dishonest misleading service. Terrible experience with rental this time in Italy. Was impossible to call for shuttle. Considering you coming from different country and phone wouldn’t pick up local signal. When finally got through - number wasn’t working. Had to pay for taxi to get to them. In the middle of highway. At gas station. Without cell /internet service - so you actually stuck . They didn’t want to give our booked car because our flight was delayed and we couldn’t t contact them .

Cons: The attitude of the representative and bad manners. In the beginning, they didn't give us the car we had booked, then after complaints, they did. Initially, they said it was not available while in the parking there were 2 of them. Also, they didn't give the petrol engine we had booked, saying they don't have petrol anymore, while we searched filtered for petrol

Cons: They wouldn’t allow us to change the main driver on the reservation and charged us 300 euros extra beyond the price quoted by discover. Discover clearly did this knowingly and I will tell all my friends and family never to use this company. Ever!

Cons: The office is a 15-minute drive from terminal 1. You have to call them to come pick you up. But there is only one worker, so you have to wait. The office is very sketchy, charging 500€ deposit ONLY with credit card, debit card not allowed (would incur an additional charge if a credit card is not used). The car was very old and in bad condition. The fuel consumption was incredibly high and was very expensive. We almost missed our flight back because they were busy and couldnt drive us

Charged me a second deposit for the second car without returning the first one. 2. Did not even cover the cost of fuel for driving the car back to the rental car shop (not to mention my time in swapping cars) 3. Were INCREDIBLY slow in switching cars. 4. the Manager was not willing to even talk to me on the phone
