Thank you for choosing Economy Rent a Car. Upon arrival at the Las Vegas Airport, please board the McCarran car rental shuttle bus from the baggage claim area. When you exit the McCarran bus, go to the taxi/off-site pick up area located just outside the car rental center and stand between sign number 4-8. Shuttle runs approximately every 15 to 25 minutes during operating hours. In the event you need to contact our location directly, please call 001 877 247 3362 or 001 877 326 7368.

Pros: The agent was nice, that's about it.

Cons: The remote location and the 2.5 hour wait on the day i was supposed to pick up. Resulted in mulitple Uber rides and additional cost. The $25 a day penalty for needing the car longer. TERRIBle place should not be in business. run down lot.

Pros: Car was being washed in-font of us and it wasn't even dried enough to check car cleanliness from outside

Pros: Pretty much nothing.

Cons: Had to take two shuttles to get there. The employees were very incompetent, and tried to get me to buy services which were not necessary and would've cost me a lot more. It took about 2 hours to get a car.

Pros: Nothing; very poor!

Cons: Untrained staff and extremely poor customer service. Total rip off. Worth paying $5 more to rent from a professional and reliable company. Everyone in line was PISSED OFF and said that they would never use your company again.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The agent tried to trick me into buying roadside assistance, and played all kinds of games, condescending me, rushing me through the rental agreement, lying to me and the DiscoverHire agent, saying it was free, and he gave me $20 discount. He wasted an hour of my time getting it resolved.

Pros: I got a new car.

Cons: You had to take a shuttle to the rental car termanal, then another shuttle to the actual rental car company. The shuttle was too small to take all those who were waiting so you had to wait for the next shuttle. Then when you got to the rental garage, the agents were slow. Then the car was not ready and had to wait for a clean car. The car they gave me had expired license plates! They are not 24x7 so when I dropped the car off early I had to call an Uber to get to the airport.

Cons: We were not actually able to pick up our rental. Our flight was delayed and despite calling the agency and letting them know, when we got to the rental car “hub” at LAS the transportation coordinator told us that the last bus for Economy was on its way to pick up other individuals but they would not honor our reservation because they were closing soon. We had to go with another agency and ended up having to spend an extra $100 (unexpectedly) to rent with a different agency.

Pros: Nothing. They required 2 shuttles to their site. They were rude, quoted the wrong gas prices and made us walk into the lot to get our car. They tried to rent us a car with broken a/c and a flat tire.

Cons: Worst experience I've ever had renting a car.

Pros: There was nothing positive. This is an extension of the negative review: 4) We waited nearly 30 more minutes for Economy to resolve the situation, throughout which we had no one approach us to update us as to the status of our situation. 5) Finally Economy rented us a vehicle at a different agency and gave us a shuttle ride there, offering to pay the difference in price. This was hardly an acceptable response to such an offensive customer experience.

Cons: 1) The Economy rental desk is two separate shuttle rides away from the airport, very very far. 2) Economy had no vans available when we arrived despite us ordering weeks in advance. 3) Economy directed us to the rental agency next door (actually across a very large parking lot) to rent a van instead. Economy DID NOT VERIFY that said agency had any vans in stock and we walked there for nothing, being sent back (across the very large lot) to Economy.

Pros: Clean car.

Cons: This company charged me double for car insurance.They charged me $50 online for insurance as prepaid online. They also charged me extra $60 for insurance in person when I was picking up the car.The agent didn't cancel our previous purchase and charged me double for insurance. Also the latest time for dropping off the car was 3:30.I was there at 3:05 pm. I was told that I need to pay extra$7.0 because we picked the car10minutes earlier!She changed the dropping off time to4pm,and charged me$26.
