Pros: It was cheap and easy once we got to the rental place.

Cons: Wasn't obvious where to go to catch the shuttle. No signage inside the airport to direct you, but competitors had lots of signs.

Pros: they did not say about deposit of $500 and i have to do it over there and car did not have windshield water at all and agent told me there are some damage before i pick and i show him there are some more damage in car out side and he says take photo which is i did and i also pay for sun pass and he was trying to charge me again and i am little disappointed.

Pros: I felt the car was more a compact car than a standard. The car needed an alignment badly. The car was clean but stripped.

Cons: THEY LIED TO MY FACE. I TOLD THEM I HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY ASKED IF I HAD THE INSURANCE DECLARATION PAGE AND I SAID NO, THEY SAID THEN YOU HAVE TO BUY OUR INSURANCE. NOT TRUE!!! WHEN I LEFT, I CALLED MY INSURANCE AND THEY SAID THAT ECONOMY RENTALS SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM!!! I WASTED MY TIME AND THEY STOLE $30 DEPOSIT FROM ME. I DEMAND IT BACK! I AM SO PISSED.

Pros: The guy at the front desk was nice and helped me a lot

Cons: the people out back played on there phones while I sat and waited for 15 minutes then I asked for help and they pulled the car up in the matter of not even a minute

Pros: The agent at the desk was super nice and professional the day I picked up the car.

Cons: The car itself. It had a strong smell which I needed to have the windows cracked a bit. When driving in the highway the car shakes at a certain speed it gave me anxiety and reversing back you can hear a noise like the brakes or something. Wasn’t a fan of the car!

Pros: They are a total scam. Price was $300 more than quoted. Car was filthy. Seats were grossly stained. Front trim was falling off. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rent a vehicle from these professional thieves. SHAME ON YOU!!

Cons: Agent insisted that I could not use my own E-Pass transponder essentially forcing me to buy theirs at $10 per day, much more than I spent on tolls during my rental period.

Cons: I felt it was the worst case scenario on every account. I couldn't even think straight and I was 2 hours late for the funeral! Good grief how unprofessional and sloppy.

Pros: Desk agent rude and argumentative. I added tolls to my original contract.. He said I did not and tried to charge me again. Thank God I had my purchase agreement. My wife was not allowed in office yet other families of 5 were allowed in. Waiting area excessively hot.

Cons: Spent over an hour waiting to get picked up at airport. Kept getting told 5 more minutes and had to keep calling back to get a ride. Finally got picked up and the staff was rude. Other customers also had issues and spent time waiting and also went back to airport to get a car from someone else. They make you jump through a lot of hoops for providing proof of insurance which we also did not have on us because what rental car company actually asks that and to speak to your insurance agent?!

Pros: They provided me a new rental, but my first one was awful.

Cons: Car was not clean and had an awful odor, the price ended up being more then expected and the representative assured me I could get a refund so I can buy their insurance instead. Calling them is difficult, took several tries before I was able to reach someone. When I went to return the first rental, the worker questioned me about a dent on the car that was already there before I even rented. Unprofessional.

Pros: Despite some hiccups on arrival, the team at economy did their very best to make the experience a positive one. The driver, Ray, was a hoot and a half even though he had a pretty stressful night due to colleagues being out sick. The wonderful young woman who made sure we got our rental car as quickly as possible was sweet as pie and super patient and calm in a high stress situation.

Cons: The wait for the shuttle and the long wait in line when arriving was a bit aggravating, but I also can sympathize. My suggestion is that it would be a huge help to the staff as well as the customers if there was a way to coordinate an on call system so that the shuttle drivers aren’t left so short handed when there are multiple call outs from sick employees. As for the line, not much can be done when technology goes on the fritz. More back end tech support may be helpful for these situations.

Cons: They charged me way to much money, read my insurance policy wrong. I had full coverage but made me buy more when I wasn't supposed to. Huge rip off!!!! And got another separate charge from discover cars.

Cons: Check in process is a bit slow. I wish there was a way to make it quicker by doing things online before picking up the car. We need to cut down the time for people while picking up the car by giving them option to fill paper work before coming to the counter and giving the agent a filled paper which they could simply scan and keep for their record.

Cons: RIDICULOUS amount of time waiting in line to get the rental car. Very unorganized- I have absolutely no idea why it took so long. Rental agents were spending a minimum of 15 minutes per customer- and that's a very conservative estimate. I was waiting in line for over an hour and I was #4 in line when I got there. I will never rent from them again. I was extremely unhappy- huge waste of time. I could have purchased a car faster in the amount of time it took me to get the rental car.

Pros: Their efficiency and kindness in helping us to obtain our second car rentals in their office. I was very pleased with everyone that helped us.

Cons: SouthWest cancelled our flight therefore we knew we would be a few hours late picking up our two cars and we called to pay in full as good faith we would be there to pick up the cars. But Economy would not hold our cars and rented them to someone else. Then they charged us more when we arrived for different cars. I felt they should have honored our contact pricing. Cons: Pushing of extra coverages and failure to accept declarations page because it was for the previous year. Had to return the next day with current declarations page to get their pricey coverage removed. Slow pick-up and return at the location, but shuttle was efficient.

Cons: The rental agreement was very different than what was agreed upon on initial reservation. The rental desk agent stated they required specific documents from my insurance company which I did not have nor was it listed as requirements anywhere. By not having the documents I was told of all the additional costs which would double the cost so I had them shuttle me back to the airport.

Cons: Demanding unrealistic details for waived insurance of corporations / universities... hiding behind, "Policy" is just so frustrating customers that they'll just outright buy insurance, instead of wait for ridiculous verification. Placing $1000, on a Credit Card is absolutely ridiculous and then it takes 3 - 4 business days after to get it released from the card. Every car is inspected but I saw a customer get charged for full repair on his card, for windshield dent he didn't do.

Pros: When I walked in there were no lines. The car was ready and nice. The process was very easy and the price was extremely low. The customer service reps were very helpful and the transaction was quick. I’ve rented cars before in Florida and Vegas and I can say that this was the smoothest process.
