Pros: Easy to get going, only longtime taken to do paperwork after booking online.

Pros: Nice staff and good price. Car was really good except didn't like lane assist and couldn't turn off.

Cons: That they didn't open until 7am as we had a 9am flight and needed to check in at 6am. Three of us waiting at gate for them to open. Option to leave car across street at Andy's parking was $55!

Cons: The collection process was so unpleasant that I felt anxious about returning the car.

Pros: They were easy to deal with efficient and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. That also extends it too the returns team as well airport shuttle was great got to our plane with heaps of time to spare.

Cons: I didn't like having to wait for the car when the car was booked 1 week prior. Also the windows were wet when driving away & once the windows dried I had poor visibility .

Cons: The time in being picked up and to collecting our car was over an hour (including waiting for service on arrival to depot) staff not very friendly, unhappy staff. Not helped by the fact that we had issues because of booking through a 3rd party.

So I had to unexpectedly pay way more. He even said I've confused you haven't I? I sent a complaint they haven't even acknowledged

Cons: La somme payé au départ pour la réservation soit 40 % du montant n’est pas déductible du prix de la location. Il n’est pas précisé que si nous voulions une assurance le prix serait plus cher, il est inscrit un prix avec assurance mais en arrivant le prix est doublé. Une surprise! Nous avions pris avec l’assurance tout de même. « All Its good » quand le Check up a été fait mais un paiement sur notre compte bancaire est en court. Alors que nous avions aussi l’assurance.

Cons: We printed our the voucher for renting the car (including additional full insurence, second driver, baby seat ) , when we showed the voucher, the staff there didn’t care about the items on the voucher at all. They only knew that we had booked the car and the date, didn't even give us the additional drivers and baby seats that we've already paid for, he gave us after we reminded him .

Cons: Pleasant service when we picked the car up but the opposite when we dropped it off. We got asked for the keys, no hello and then told to go stand over at the airport bus. We had to load our bags into the bus and unload them at the airport. The car was not fully fuelled (6/8) but I did raise this immediately.

Cons: The system they have of emailing photos of existing damage is hard to locate on the rented vehicle by trying to down load these photos to a mobile phone and and they gave no help of locating so you can't find if they have missed any existing damage so you maybe liable for any existing damage. Ended up just hoping all existing damage was on the photos otherwise I would have spent ages trying to locate the damages. not a good system. They need to be able to locate and pinpoint the photos.

Cons: There is about 1-hour window of 'grace' around the pickup time, after which your car can be let to another party & you'll lose your booking - according to the T&C's, or so I was told when I finally managed to find someone to speak to. On the bright side, after speaking to a person, who spoke to someone else, they confirmed that they would hold our car for the extra two hours we needed. Less shiny was the $80 Uber bill for my wife to race out of work to collect the car for fear of losing it.

Cons: That when you have paid the insurance with discover they kinda make you feel that you have to buy there insurance as well Nd loud Nd clear they tell you that if anything happens we have to pay 4,400 straight away then chase discover to get it back .

Cons: Car comparison to booking way off, had to get wet in pissing rain loading our luggage into the courtesy van ourselves while the driver nicked off somewhere (he could have parked undercover there was plenty of room), and car smelled weird, like sweat with a hint of cigarette.

Cons: The young lady at the counter was rude. Even though I purchased the full coverage she told me I was cheated by the company I booked online and then tried to sell me another cover. She scared me of an accident even before I even got the car!!! Not the best was to welcome someone to the country.
