Pros: Car provided was as requested.
Cons: Had problems picking up the car as I had a debit card (I do not have a credit card) and they would not accept this for the deposit, they would not accept my travel debit card or cash. My father was traveling with me so I assumed that they would take his card but they refused as the car was booked in my name. We had to pay 200 pounds extra before they would allow us to take the car, very upsetting as that was a lot of extra money for just one week.

Cons: The car has not been cleaned properly The agent was too pushy about signing up for additional benefits
Cons: Poor customer service. Inappropriate requirements for car hire. Chaos at the pick up/ drop off point. Understaffed and over worked employees
