Cons: Location of pick up location - not a. car rental centre. No answer on number given to arrange pick up.Then waited that long to get through on phone and for a return call that I ended up walking to the location. Drove car approx 5 miles and oil light came on - when lifted the dip-stick from engine there was no oil whatsoever showing on it (must not have been checked for 100's of miles!). Woeful customer service at both the pick up point and return point. Still awaiting a refund for the oil

Pros: Very friendly customer service at pick-up and drop-off. Very good price and value for money. Easy to find and easy to book.

Cons: Nothing! I don't remember getting an email beforehand that told me I needed to bring a proof of address with me. Luckily I'd already completed everything online so that might be a small change I'd sugest.

Cons: The only downside was that after opening the boot realised there was no coolant, was almost empty. If I didn't check, there might be a problem afterwards in my journey. Apart from that happy with everything. Thank you!

Cons: From the very first moment, they came across as unprofessional and I had concerns about using them. They rang me just as I'd got on my flight and asked me to ring them immediately as there were issues with my rental. I rang them and they said there may not be a car ready for me until 3pm. My car was booked for 1.30 as I hadto be in York for 3. When I arrived at Leeds Bradford airport I rang them to come and pick me up to take me to the car hire place. They said they'd be 5 minutes but took over

Pros: The friendly approach and help in getting luggage into the car. Sheer willingness to help on every level.

Cons: Well I need to draw attention to the fact that I was charged twice for my rental. Monies were taken out of my account twice. 2 different amounts. 1st amount was for €108.28 (£95.00) for easirent.com and the 2nd amount was for €121.98 for easirent Leeds. This makes for an expensive trip. I have family in Leeds so I intend to return and use your rental service. So please return monies overpaid. Other than that it was excellent. Cons: On your website when booking I specifically choose a provider that was on-airport as I believe off-airport providers are not reputable. Easirent came up as on-airport but when I got to the car rental area I was informed that they were not there as they were off-airport. I had to ring them and they picked me up and drove me to an industrial estate close to the airport. (As space to write more is limited) Look up there google reviews. it says it all, drop them..

Cons: I have and will never use you again. You are exactly what’s wrong about the car hire industry. I have already complained to trading standards due to your non compliance with the unfair contract terms act 1977 and consumer legislation. Your staff not only are rude and have no ethics but left me without a car in the rain when I had hired a car in good faith and could not pick up my boy from nursery and take him to hospital. Cons: The guy at the desk was very rude.When searching for a rental, I chatted to the staff online at Easirent and they advised there was no car available so I went back to Travelsupermarket and selected Discover.I processed everything and paid the deposit,only to find out I was to collect the car from Easirent.The gent was rude as he believed we hired the car from Easirent fully aware there no cars available. The website let me book the car and I was not aware it was the same company. Very poor servi
