Pros: I received a better car than the one I booked. But I must mention that I booked for 13 days.

Cons: It was a little challenging to find the service desk. This didn't impact my booking - There was another customer having trouble as a credit card was used to book that wasn't his. There were very limited options offered to him which considering the technology we have was a little strange. Especially as he was spending money with you.
Pros: Friendly and reasonably efficient (except for problem with kiosk accepting my CC but that's hardly their fault)
Cons: Charged me an extra GBP7.99 per day to remove mileage cap yet reservation clearly stated "Unlimited Mileage". Overall it was still a pretty cheap rental but about three times original quote. I'm still very pissed off about this.

Cons: Customer service not great. Check in terminals not efficient. Although the staff were helpful to me they were not to other customers there at the same time. One member of staff was shouting at a customer about credit cards, not a good image! Why is it necessary to re enter all the details that we gave when we made the original booking? Time consuming and frustrating.

Cons: Trying to sell insurance at pick up is extremely tedious and is what one would expect from disreputable companies. The price on the Internet should be the price you pay. Please stop doing this, either quote the insurance online or drop it

Cons: Trust,I felt easirent try to find a reason to get more money from the rentel before you take the car or to find any excuse possible to get more money after you return the car. Its simple if you can not make a profit renting at a price your are advertising do not charge those prices. Generally people are HONEST so we assume a person or company selling a service is also HONEST. I felt easirent is betting on a the wording of a contract most renters do not understand or thoroughly read to overcharge

Cons: am really unhappy with this booking and it was a nightmare. The total cost was £66.64. But when I got there at 05:00 in the morning I was told the pay £118.01. That is what I had to pay. I was double charged £18,01 for booking charges there and you on the booking on line. Worst company, unprofessional, ungelpful realy cowboys. I will never use this. Please runaway from these people
Pros: The car was new and in a very good condition
Cons: Rude staff and rediculous requirements. They asked for two proofs of address ON TOP of my passport AND my driving licence - even though it was never mentioned in the voucher. They had to run a full credit check, so picking up the car took over an hour, and I was really thinking "screw it, I'll just rent a car else where". I'm a frequent traveller, But this is one of the worst car renting experiences I've ever had.

Cons: The car has sunroof screen but was not equipped with sunshield. It was so hot in the car. Felt cheated to put up with this hot summer. The left front type kept consistently out of air. It was so inconvenient that we have to pump up the air every 2 days. bad experience

Cons: Queue to get car was over an hour in stifling heat. Lots of hidden costs. I know now to just stick with the big operators, it would have been more efficient and cheaper.
Cons: they wanted 70 pounds to pivk up my car 3hrs earlier when my car was only 1pounds total for a week. they refused to give me access to phone to call discover care hire. i had to wait an additiinal 1 hr trying to argue price down to finally 47pounds. paper work said early pick up is 5 pound per blank (cut off) and they refuse to clarify what the cut off word was when i tried to have them explain. they ushered me out as quicky as they could giving me someone elses paperwork.
Pros: Not much except the car drop off was relatively easy
Cons: The whole rental process was excruciatingly slow. For starters, easirent does not have a dedicated shuttle bus, so we have to wait for the regular bus service to their location which is located quite far out from the airport. Then when at the rental pickup, the agents try really hard to upsell everything from insurance to cars and the process is ridiculously slow. I have rented cars from so many other companies in so many other airports, but this had to be the slowest by far. Never again.

Cons: Didn’t have the car we hired despite our arriving for pickup at Heathrow later than pickup slot. Ended up paying much more for a lower quality of car. The insurance sold to us at the time of booking was not comprehensive at all and thus, we ended up paying twice over for insurance. Was told that the car or equivalent car I’d hired would arrive 6 hours later than the pickup time. Then was assured that they’d give me a replacement two days later which also did not happen. Will never book again.
Pros: When the car companies tactics blantantly are non-collaborative with a broker, I pay extra for simple piece of mind. The excess cover you provide results in very blantant, rude, arrogant, poor customer service from Easirent. And they did not give a “&$&$” about customers at the LHR location. All “geezers” I think the UK people call it ... poor!! Culturally inventive ... in fact ignorant! I am pissed off I paid for 3rd party cover which I expected was with knowledge of easirent. Extortian!
Cons: Read above! Shocking culture. They might go so much further if they cleaned up their act and had managers on site incentivise by customer service, not only revenue.
Cons: There was absolutely no vehicles available when I arrived. Had to wait over an hour to eventually get one of the reps cars. The car stank of marijuana was not full or cleaned and not the size of car I ordered. On return it was argued that I did not return the car full inspite of my explanation. When the person marked the fuel gauge he said it was nearly full when in fact it was less than 3/4 full. I was kept waiting for a further 30 minutes whilst he verified this info. Missed the bus transport

Pros: I returned the car with full tank instead of half tank as I should have done and did not get a refund!! When we returned the car the guy who looked after us was polite and very helpful.
Cons: Car was NOT clean inside. It was washed outside. I had to buy some glass cleaner and kitchen roll to clean the windscreen, seats etc and left it in the car for the next person. A lot of people from the company running around but looks like job is not done properly. A lot of customers waiting downstairs to get a car. No one was downstairs when we got there to tell us that we have to go upstairs. You need to shape up your customer service.

Cons: Insurance wasnt exactly forced on us, but it was either take the extra insurance or have a $1200 hold put on your credit card. The half hour ride away from the airport, then the 20min wait to find out you will be charged 3x the original price. So you are left with the decision to wait for however long for the shuttle to come back, to take you the half hour back to the airport. Then to take a shuttle to another car agency after a long day of travel just to get there. Designed to work you over.

Pros: quick response to a phone call when I discovered the office has moved from Sheraton Skyline Hotel at Heathrow to another site. A driver came and collected me.
Cons: Perhaps Discover could update the collection point details at Heathrow, and make it clear that the Shuttle Bus is in fact the Hoppa Bus, and costs money unless you have your printed booking form. The car was also pretty dirty on the outside when collected.
