Cons: Overcharged me

Pros: Daniel was the best! Super nice and friendly. Pickup was super easy. The car was really nice and easy to drive. Shuttle to airport was great too.

Cons: Nothing. All good!

Pros: Great value and enjoyed the vehicle.

Cons: When I went to return the vehicle there was no one at the office (they were dropping someone off at the airport); the door was locked, no answer on telephone. I was confused at what to do. A sign in the window that says "Be Right Back" would have been helpful!

Cons: Added on insurance did not cover me fully, I had to take out Drivalias insurance at an additional cost.

Pros: Booked online for week hire wich included collision wavers went in guy pulled a4 pice of paper then asked for £1500 deposit Then said or £450 deposit and a further £22 per day on top of hire Then said or 0 deposit and £38 per day on top of hire so my hire of £98 went up to £350 so canceld told him. I would be cheaper in a taxi for a week

Cons: On arriving at the airport i was taken too the hire service only to be told that because i did not have a credit card i would have to pay another £240 pounds for insurance this i declined and then had to walk in to Paisley town centre in the pouring rain.

Cons: Didn’t know we had to pay 20 pounds for out of hours drop off. Car was very dirty on the outside but it was an upgrade so they weren’t expecting us to take that car. No ice scraper in car but maybe that is standard for the location? Upgrade to a slightly smaller car was expensive. Low tire pressure and oil change warnings kept flicking on.

Pros: Awesome staff, car in good condition, easy to get the shuttle from and to the airport. My dream if all the rental companies were honest and easy to deal like this guys. Congrats again.

Pros: Terrible service by the 3 (!) guys at the reception desk. We missed our flight because of their lack of action. Great shuttle driver though, he went the extra mile while his colleagues did nothing to help.

Cons: I ended up paying about the same price for a lesser quality rental. When we tried to change a tire that looked flat we discovered the key for the security lug nut was nowhere!!! Couldn’t change it. Had to drive very slow to get to an air station. I called the service # twice & left voicemails. They NEVER returned my calls.

Cons: Receipts wouldn't show extra costs, so I had to wait a long time for reimbursement despite calling customer service many times. Very very frustrating.

Cons: The car was virtually empty on fuel at pick-up. Not the handiest thing when you are driving in an area you don't know and can't find a fuel station.

Cons: The agent in the Glasgow office ripped me off. He lied through his teeth and told me because I was late he gave my car away and I had to rent a more expensive one. He then said I had to take the insurance which I’d already paid for. It cost me 90 pounds more. Terrible experience. I would avoid this company like the plague

Cons: Everything else. Cars were filthy, support was non-existent. Car broke down in the middle of the trip and I got zero support, my safety as a woman travelling a alone was of no concern, they acted like it was completely my problem and I'm still waiting for money I'm owed after almost 3 weeks. My single horrible experience in my entire trip to Scotland, I regret using a local agency and trusting Easirent.

Pros: Nothing, the agents was very indifferent about me being forced to pay more money. He jokingly asked me if I wanted to join their loyalty scheme

Cons: Shuttle car was dirty and smelt of smoke. Indifferent agents. Gave the car away that I had paid in full for to another client forcing me to pay an additional £16.50 per day for an alternative vehicle. Scruffy premises

Pros: Car was in poor repair with numerous warning lights coming on every time I started it. But the real issue is as the drop off process. I arrived at 7.30 am and despite all information telling me that the site opened at 6 am it was locked. When I called Discover Cars as there was no answer from Easirent I was essentially told it was my fault as I had put down 8 am as the return time. However this was somewhat contradictory as I met another customer who had said he was returning his car at 7 am!!

Cons: When picking up the car there was only one representative serving, as such it took over half an hour before I was tended to. The state of the forecourt was obscene - so many pot holes and mud and there was a car dumped with a wheel missing quite prominently in the entrance. I realise it’s “low cost” but this was like no frills.

Cons: When I dropped the car back to Glasgow airport there was no transport back to airport. I had to pay £10 taxi and also got no credit for extra petrol in car. Because of the petrol issue, I had the car almost full going back

Cons: They don't answer the phone and they ask for an excessive amount of document ( dvla check and proof of residence from 2 places) and a license with the same information. It was almost impossible to leave the facility as Uber does not work at the location and local cab companies were busy. Easirent does not offer the shuttle service advertised.

Cons: Unprofessional staff (one of the reps couldn't guide me on the car; said he doesn't know anything about cars); the car I received had a serious oil leak which transpired on my way from the rental desk to my holiday destination; Easirent customer services tried to accuse me of causing the leak (!); no replacement car was sent to my holiday destination - I was required to travel with the broken car to the rental office, a 2 hours' journey, in order to collect the replacement car; the car was dirty

Pros: The fraud they have committed with me makes it impossible to say anything good - total scammers.

Cons: They charged an extra 180 GBP on top of the full costs I had pre-paid. They could not show me the pre-printed conditions OR let me speak to a manager. This is an on-going dispute and I fully intend to recover the money because they have acted fraudulently.

Pros: Phoned to explain rules around Credit card or £25 extra a day. Decided to go with another company. Cancelled within 20 min of original booking and was told I was be refunded as I was in the grace period. No refund. Broker saying lender didn't cancel the reservation. Lender saying they did. No one taking liability. Avoid

Pros: The agent Aidan was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything to us, including all the small print. Dropping off was very quick and easy which was ideal as we had a train to catch quite quickly.

Cons: The car that we originally booked was given away despite that I’d called ahead to inform that we would be slightly late. This then meant we had to spent more money that expected.

Pros: Inside the car where the documents are kept there was a banana skin wrapped in tissues this made me understand that the car wasn’t cleaned inside at all as you couldn’t miss if it was cleaned I had to go and clean wiped all over too dangerous with this time of outbreak shocked

Due to exceptional circumstances there was no one at the depot when I went to return the car. Took several phone call by another customer to even get someone to speak to before someone arrived to take my car back.

Cons: We had to pay for a flat tire that was already loosing pressure from the early start of the rental. Found a nail in it at the end, so we were basically given a car with a flat tire and charged for it! The car system said “Low pressure tire”, but the agent did not note that down. That is close to fraudulent behavior I guess. In general quite uncooperative and unfriendly staff.

This person suggested they were busy and implied to get there myself if I could... of course I didn’t, I waited another 25 mins or so before he arrived eventually! I wish he spent more time with me with the basic functions of this new car I never driven before but not really, he couldn’t wait to be out of my sight really, but over all it was a nice experience too.

Cons: After travelling overnight from Abu Dhabi I found the car rental experience at Glasgow poor and confusing. I won't make this mistake again.

Cons: No trust with this company- what you book is not what will be waiting for you on arrival. Overpriced- made us pay more for a larger van when it was their fault for not having the vehicle we requested. Poor customer service Picking up vehicle took 1.5 hours- unacceptable after a transatlantic flight, jet lagged, and 4 hungry and tired children in tow. Not having correct vehicle impacted our trip. Parking was more difficult, driving was more difficult, and spouse did not feel comfortable.

Cons: Very far from the airport. The agent told me that my French credit card could not be used as a credit card in the UK. Impossible to verify that information late at night. I called my bank after the weekend and they told me that it was a lie. The agent had to make me pay for the full cover (£45 a day) while I already took the full cover online which cost me £30). I ended up paying much more than advertised online.

Cons: It would have been really helpful to have the specific requirements for cr hire on the email sent to people. i.e. you really need to read the very small print to know that as well as a passport and driver license you need three utility bills dated in last three months.

Cons: It is very busy and doesn’t seem like there are enough agents to manage the influx of customers. Communications seemed poor as they didn’t get us the car we wanted, couldn’t accommodate another car, didn’t set a good tone for us opting out of the rental options, and had a confusing process when having to call on their recovery services (Where and when to go? Trying to converse between different parties, etc) We had out wheel damaged by a pothole and they tried to charge us for other things.

Cons: Somewhat hard sell attempt on extra insurance from Agent on pickup, HOWEVER only fair to say I had the opposite attitude from Gent checking the car on drop off.

Pros: The car was in new, in good condition and pleasant to drive. They did not play fast and loose with my credit card, though the threats to do so if one did not buy overpriced petrol and insurance were intimidating. .

Cons: 1. Getting picked up from the airport was an absolute fiasco. It took over 40 minutes. When I tried calling the line would drop or a recorded message cut in. The van driver on the phone was obnoxious. 2. The van contained the most confrontational notice I have seen a business put up. Its staff clearly generate so much hostility by their revolting behaviour that they feel it is necessary to say they will refuse to provide a car to anyone who shows 'attitude'.

Cons: On the pretext of minor scratches, an obscene amount was charged which makes me wonder whether this is their business model - to give the car very cheap and cover up in car damages.
