Pros: The amount of additional charges they were adding on to our original cost was daylight robbery! Very unkind and unhelpful men at the desk. Ended up walking out having lost £50 as we did not proceed with the hire due to having to spend an additional £200 not to mention additional charges they would have landed us with at the end of our rental. Absolutely disappointed with this company and would NEVER use again or reccomend it to anyone

Cons: The car had supplied had damaged all over it, at least 12 different marks. This caused me anxiety throughout the holiday that I was going to be wrongly accused of causing damage to the car on the return inspection.

Pros: nothing.didnt rent.didnt get a response to wn email when i was given the option to rent in Belfast then only after checkout i found i had booked for Belfast International.I needed Belfasr City.I called and wrote,no response and in the website it offered me a car €200/300 more plus a charge though i tried to change immediately:I was then scolded off about this harshly.

Cons: getting ripped off and being treated like I was a troublemaker by Stephen in Belfast.I then was asked for two proof of address.I explained I was travellling from Canada.I showed passport,drivers licence,credit card.I didnt have anything else.When he wanted £150 more (the first night had charged me £50 i walked away.dreadful service

Pros: They were friendly

Cons: The administration process in prolonged up to half hour. Also they are the only car hire company that use bully and scare tactics to fear you into buying more products. I have personal cover car hire insurance and every time their response is ...that insurance does not work. They will not pay out if there is an accident etc... No other car hire company is that brutal.

Cons: Stephen was very friendly but fully took advantage of my situation of being a single mother late at night to sell me products I didn't need. I ended up paying £160 insurance for 5 days. He preyed on my concern for my child by telling me that the roads are dangerous where I was driving to. I feel very angry with myself by letting him talk into unnecessarily spending that much money. Roads were perfect everywhere we drove. Make sure your staff don't take advantage of customers situations.

Pros: Not a lot apart from the drop off and the Yorkshire chap who greeted us was very friendly

Cons: Lots. We waited nearly an hour for pick up. It took nearly 2 and a half hours before we left with the car including. Nearly an hour to be picked up from the airport. There’s were hidden fees. The handover of the car was too long by far and made you petrified of making the tiniest dent in the car. Also didn’t like the hidden charges for driving into the Republic of Ireland. I do this trip a lot and have not previously been charged for that so will not be booking with you again.

Pros: DISLIKES CONTINUED -shuttle bus took forever and we had to take a taxi as we were going to miss our flight Overall a very poor experience and certainly the worst car rental I've ever had. Will stick with more established brands in the future. (as advised by numerous online reviews)

Cons: -hard sell for upgrades by staff -had to pay deposit upfront to reserve -lost our deposit because we were 1 hour late (didn't transfer it to the new rental) - would not accept our credit card for insurance -hard to find drop off location (Dublin) -no staff available at the drop off location (dublin)- had to phone and wait for them to show up -Charged us $175 Eur for a very minor scratch on the wheel rim -took a long time to process the claim

Pros: Easirent didn't have my car I ordered and they did not honor our reservation via Discover Car Hire. I shouldn't start my trip with the stress provided. We needed bigger car and got only small one. We had to rent the second car elsewhere which total was much higher price of course. I believe they just didn't have the car for us at all. What car rental have the policy of holding your reservation you paid for only for 29 minutes??? Very upsetting

Cons: Easirent was not flexible and not friendly to honor our reservation which should last at least for few hours. Let's say 2. I need my deposit back since they didn't respect my reservation.

Cons: Your drop-off location at Dublin Airport is absurdly difficult to find. There is literally no sign for it on the road. You have to go into a refuelling area for lorries, and then it's in a portakabin round a corner which has only a tiny sign on it that's invisible until you're right outside. It's insane. The drop-off office was also absolutely filthy. I don't normally care much about that kind of thing but it was really gross. Children's car seats were being kept in the toilet.

Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly. Gave us advice on places to see and nice place to get dinner. Pick up from airport was quick and when we needed to change drop off point it was no trouble. Just a phone call. They dropped us back to airport when we took the cars back

Cons: The navigation system was a bit tricky. It was maybe lagging a bit. We missed some turns and had to use our phone data with the system. But that’s the only thing that that was a problem and generally just in built up areas.
