Cons: Charged me for absolutely nothing. I didnt rent a car and got charged $67

Pros: They cancelled our booking as we didn't turn up at 5pm on the dot! Even though security took us slightly longer to get through. And gave us no choice but to hire a car double the price. Will be sending a complaint and will try and get our money back.

Cons: absolutely horrified with the car rental. the rental that was confirmed at $150 + $36 for insurance which doesnt cover anything ended up being $334. I arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time and the car was given to someone else. they gave me an old car with 87000 miles with torn seats. on the 2nd day of the rental the check engine light went on. absolutely a horrible car rental.

Cons: They traded the bad car with one that was worst. They also lied and said they offered me a refund but they did not. The lied and said I returned their car on an empty tank but I did not. As a result they charged me for not putting gas in the car. I’m currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. They charged me way more than was quoted when I booked with you all.

Cons: They charged me fees of $130 without my consent or ever telling me about them. They told me I was signing for a cc deposit and had me sign a blank cc pad. Then after I left, they emailed me the rental agreement. When I called to dispute the charges, they said I signed a rental agreement. I thought I was signing for the refundable credit card deposit. How can I consent to something I did not see or was not told about. SCAM!!

Cons: I was overcharged 200 dollars for arriving late because the directions given for retrieving the car were incorrect. As a result we got there late and "missed" the rental which resulted in an over charge of 200 dollars. First time this happens to me, particularly given that the flight number was given at the time of the reservation.

Pros: DID NOT LIKE COLUSA, car was dirty in the inside was not cleaned, i found reciept and flight ticket of previous client on the passanger door, as well the inside handle of the car door has some stain was discusting, gave the sense that the car wasnt clear the car before handing it to me. I gave rented this car along with my family member also renting one. She was upset also witht he rental , WE would not use COLUSA ever again or recommend them to anyone, stick to the rentals inside the airport.

Also, beware that if u do not pick up your car within one hour of your reservation time they will charge you an extra $50 to reinstate your reservation even though you already paid for the car.
