Cons: Locating the minibus for pick up at the airport was a little tricky. Fortunately it is bright yellow and was already parked there. If it hadn't been there it wasn't particularly clear where to stand and wait.

Cons: I booked full to full fuel policy. Cantauro took £125 payment from my card which is recredited when the car is returned with a full tank. I would have preferred this amount to be blocked as I now have to pay this off on my latest statement as the credit did not reach my card account in time.

Pros: Very nice representatives with great English. Brand new clean car with low mileage. Deposit was returned within 48hrs. I would highly recommend centauro and discover cars.

Cons: Dark parking lot at Palma airport but no biggie. Insurance deposit was way too high (1200eur) for a rental contract worth eur500. The deposit should be no more than Eur200 if you have full insurance coverage.

Cons: I didn't like the child seat and the process of getting one, because I was presented with two extremely dirty (puked milk, stains, ...) options, and ended up getting a booster seat instead. It would be better if someone helped me set up CarPlay, but no big deal. I thought the car would be automatic, not manual, but it didn't bother me. Automatic would be more convenient.

Pros: Speed of drop off was very quick, once i I was served the agent was very clear and helpful

Cons: Carnage at check in is all I can say. There was some form of priority system which one knew what was going on. People were dropped off on a coach and got served straight away while we were waiting for an hour or so, others had been there for 2 hours. Bit nuts but once we got served everything was fine

Cons: System of payment for fuel. I had to pay for fuel in front (75% capacity) and they returned the money after i returned the car. Of course i left more than 75%. The system is not customer friendly and the only aim is to get some more gains of fuel. I don’t like being treated as a fool.

Pros: Fast, efficient. No hidden cost. My plane was arriving late, after 11.00pm. I called tge cistomer service and they offered a later closing time (they would wait until I arrive) for 40eur, which only needs to be paid if you really arrive later. I think this is reasonable and great service.

Pros: Very unhappy! We wanted to sort out the car insurance. It turned out to be very difficult and very expensive. It was necessary to purchase centauro insurance! Only she covered all the problems!!! Other insurance only "hemorrhoids". That's what Centauro explained to us. As a result, the insurance for 6 days turned out to be 144 euros! On the Renault! Cons: The return was TERRIBLE: they only open al 7am at the airport place. There was a long line for return, I told them that I was in a hurry to catch my flight and the answer was "as everybody else". I asked if I could leave the keys and go and they said that to release the $1,000 let as a guarantee I have to be present until they gave the OK. Such a lack of confidence!

Pros: Picking up was seamless!!!. Lucia was GREAT!!!! The drop off was a nightmare! We had NO idea that the rental place didn't open until 7 am. Our flight was at 7:40. We sat in front of the rental car gate since 5am. There was no drop box to return key. No customer service line at that hour. There were several people in the same predicament. Once it was 7 am ALL of the agents and employees arriving were rude. Terrible Terrible! I would probably not rent from them again.

Pros: Everything went well. Car pick-up was easy and car in good condition (12 000 km driven Ford Fiesta with Android auto connection). Deposit about 1100 e was returned quickly as was fuel pre-charge 70 e. We were not falsely blamed for any damage on the car.
