Pros: The lady who let us at the airport was LOVELY, she was so helpful and kind. She even held my 4yr old daughters hand out to the car as my daughter took to her! She was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, and there when’s got back to drop it off even though we was quite early. Highly recommend

Pros: The agent lady was very friendly and helped us with all documents. The car was brought to us just outside the terminal when we signed off all documents. The whole process took less than 10mins. Dropping off the car was very easy too - the agent was waiting for us and we just have the keys to her. Highly recommend!

Pros: car pickup was fast, agent was waiting for me at the airport

Cons: Cash payment during car pickup - there was no note in the agreement or conversation, that I have to pay by cash the whole amount at the car pickup. That should be told to customer in advance...not everybody has on hand 350 eur in cash. Air leak on of the tires - this should not happen, if technical checks are done correctly. fuel consumption of the car was quite high - 8.5l / 100km (Mazda 3, automatic trasmission, model year 2010) The car had already around 180 000 km.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 100.00), Theft Protection, Contract fee, Toll device, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Tourism levy, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The following option(s) is(are) included for free from 01.11 to 31.03 as a special offer: Winter package.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
