Pick-up instructions
Please call us on 0061 3 83366100 after you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. We will then send our shuttle bus to meet you at Bus Zone M. Our bus is red in colour with “Airport shuttle” written on the sides. The light box on the roof says “Atlas Car Rental”. We are only a few minutes away from the airport but please allow up to 30mins waiting period. Our courtesy shuttle only operates from 7am to 6.45pm. Pick up and drop off outside those hours will have an after-hours service fee and is provided by Smart Parking, 0061 3 9330 2302, Address: 8 Sabre Court Tullamarine.

Pros: I had found an amazing deal...An Infinity for $250.00 for the week! That's car was not available on pick up. But was quickly given a BMW 320i and seriously I could not have been happier!

Cons: The office could have been updated a little. Very drab looking and didn't compliment their staff and services.

Pros: Quick service

Cons: It felt a bit like stepping back in time, one of the employees was very rude to another customer while I was picking up the vehicle. The car was around 5 years old and hadn’t been well maintained or cleaned the wipers needed changing, it had dents and scratches on the bodywork and bumpers and I had around 3 service warnings on the dashboard while driving the car. The price was good, so i’m willing to let some things go, however I was travelling long distances and wasn’t 100% confident in it

Pros: I don’t like the man in desk. He is unhelpful and don’t care our feelings (we wait almost 1 hour under windy weather). Actually we complained with him but he don’t care about it.

Cons: I did not receive the car I had requested because the only model they had in stock had a smashed windscreen. I am still chasing Atlas for my $350 bond 2 months after renting the car. Looking at consumer reviews online it seems common practice for Atlas to keep the bond of customers without cause. Pros: Despite what their reviews on Google say, they were surprisingly fast, friendly and efficient.

Cons: Atlas have yet to return my $350 deposit two months on which is in breach of the maximum twenty working days that were stated it could take in the contract. I have contacted them and they reassured me that I had been placed on their credit department's priority list but that was nearly a month ago. It's looking like if I'm ever to see that money again I'll have to lodge an application with the small claims court. Never have I ever experienced anything like this from a car rental company.

Pros: The shuttle was exceptional. Quick ride, driver was very helpful with all of our luggage.

Cons: Our flight was delayed and when we arrived they were closed and could offer no reparation. We were stuck in the rain at the airport with two young kids and gear.

Pros: Reasonable price

Cons: Totally wrong information for shuttle bus location showing on voucher. There is no "BUS ZONE M" in airport. Nobody I asked know where is ZONE M, EVEN THE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER I asked after on board. After several calls to customer service over the phone, through a complicated way (as for a tourist who had never been in Melbourne) finally we found the location and looking for a RED colour bus according to the voucher and customer service INSTRUCTED TO FIND RED BUS, we got on a WHITE BUS finally.

Pros: The car was clean

Cons: There was absolutely no facility to drop the car off out of office hours. This nearly caused us to miss our flight. We contacted an agent before hand who failed to come up with a workable facility. The service provided in terms of problem solving and facilitation was absolutely appauling. I would never use Atlas again and would strongly advise others to avoid at all cost. On collection the phone numbers provided for shuttle pickup were wrong. This made life very difficult at the start ofourtrip

Cons: Don't screw people up. When I rented the car with you guys I trusted you that you will look at all these things. Not sure why you work with this company. I have nothing good to say. I lost 1/2 day in Melbourne because of these Guys. And I was there for only one day. My half day went in renting the stupid car.

Pros: Nothing, walked out and went to another organization.

Cons: The worst customer service I have ever received. Currently trying to get my booking fee back and the cost to cover my cab fare from the airport to the depot as they kept me on hold and could not get through to their so called shuttle service.
