Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your baggage and have all you passengers ready, please call the branch on phone number 0061 1800 808 122 or 0061 3 8336 6100 to inform us you have arrived and ready for a pick up service. Once you have informed staff of your arrival please follow their directions to the following pick up points. International arrivals T1 - Express pick up zone: Please exit the terminal and cross the road into the car park and follow the Yellow signage to the "EXPRESS PICK UP ZONE". Once at the Express pick up zone, please walk towards the end of the shelter area , when you see the Blue Atlas shuttle bus parked safely, please approach the driver. Domestic arrivals T2 & T3 - Priority pick up zone: Please exit the terminal and cross the road into the car park and follow the Green signage to the "PRIORITY PICK UP ZONE". Once at the Priority pick up zone please wait in area "B", when you see the Blue Atlas shuttle bus parked safely, please approach the driver.

Cons: Pick up from the airport was very poor. It took 90 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after calling more than 6 times. The day was nice with clear weather and no traffic. Pathetic service.

Pros: The representative at the office desk when picking up the car had good customer service skills.

Cons: Was told the wrong pick up location on my paperwork. The local office did not call me to know or walk over to where we were waiting. The driver was very rude and unapologetic for the mix up. Just ended up ignoring my wife's requests for more information. The staff in the office, to their credit, were good and apologised and explained the situation. But we definitely will not be booking with Atlas again.

Cons: We left something behind, and immediately called the office. We had to call several times to even talk to someone who could make a decision. They took so long to react, we had to board our plane. We had to ask a friend to pick it up and send it by post. If they had been responsive, they could have easily delivered it to us at departures. Furthermore, it is misleading to say that the office is at the airport because it is not.

Cons: On collection from the airport we were meant to call 1 of 2 numbers. One didn't work and one continuously rang out. After eventually getting through I was told the transfer vehicle was broken and had to call a cab. This took 30mins.

Cons: As a leisure car hirer, I would not generally rent from Atlas as its rental rates are way above market and its bond security terms for using a bank debit card is not consistent with market rules.

Cons: I followed all the instructions upon arrival but the shuttle never arrived. I gave customer service a follow up call and they said the shuttle is just a few minutes away. 50 minutes and 4 more calls later, the shuttle was still not there! I gave the company the last call to inform them I was unable to continue waiting for the “shuttle” and left. Never again.

Pros: Good price, clean car.

Cons: The car broke down, the people were highly unhelpful and basically said if the roadside assistance couldn't get the car started they didn't care if I had to get a hotel (because I was unable to get back to my airbnb) and that it was my choice how I spent my night stranded. Once the car was started again the screen needed a 4-digit code to work again (no radio, no nav, nothing) and I called multiple times for days and never once got a call back or email with the code. So I had no radio for 4 days

Cons: Upon returning the vehicle there were scratches found on the rear bumper. 1. I was made to feel as though it was something that was certainly my fault and that I was lying about not having known what happened. 2. There was a 4000 charge that is uniformly put on my card regardless of the type of damage (this was clearly not an expensive issue). I was expressing my concern with the size of the charge and the customer service agent had zero empathy or interest in explaining why.

Cons: Our plane was delayed, so we arrived after the rental office closed at 5pm. We were not aware they closed so early, but when we called the help line we were simply told they were closed now, and there was nothing we could do about it. So we didn't even get our rental car, despite having paid a deposit. We had also tried to call before boarding our flight to say that we were delayed, but the people we got on the phone were very unfriendly and unhelpful and we got nowhere.

Pros: The pick up driver was very nice.

Cons: Worst customer experience if my life. Arrived at the depot at Sydney airport with elderly mother and 5 month old baby in tow. When I asked if you had received my request for a child seat the woman behind the desk said "we don't have any and if you had of read the fine print you would know that child seats aren't guaranteed " When I asked what was I supposed to do with my son, she replied " don't know. Probably call some company that can rent you One". NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
