Cons: Old, inefficient car. Completely different to what was advertised. They take $1000 from my account ( not credit) as holding and I still dont have it back. By the time you call them and get the car, expect to wait 1 hour +

Cons: Wait time for airport transfer considering distance from airport Need a sign outside to show where office is: glass doors would be more welcoming, looking like you were entering a workshop until right in the door. Would prefer to know how much the full insurance is when booking online

Cons: I was told the wait time was 15 - 30 mins. After 50 minutes I was still waiting to be picked up by the shuttle - absolute disgraceful customer service - Don't bother sending me a discount!

Pros: The value, condition and cleanliness of the car were just fine. But the car rental agents had an issue to refund me and neither solved the problem nor contacted me.

Cons: I returned the car 18 days ago and I have not been refunded up to now. I would really appreciate if I could have my money back as soon as possible.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They failed to pick me up from the airport as arranged. They were advised of the flight number and the flight was even early. Contacted Atlas from the airport confirming that I had arrived and was told to use another car hire company or come back the next day. I had paid a deposit and this has not been refunded.

Pros: Both staff who we dealt with were great and provided the service with a smile and had us in and out as quickly as possible, without feeling rushed. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a decently priced car rental (with pick-up/drop-off to ADL airport too).

Pros: They were fast at check in and the car was exactly what was ordered.

Cons: We were told we could drive interstate even though it never stated that in any documents when booking through discover hire. We wanted to do the Great Ocean Road but we were told that the staff at the rental car company couldn’t change that and if we did go interstate our insurance wouldn’t cover any damage. This really put a hamper on our vacation and has made us make the decision to never use Atlas Rentals again.
