Pros: No car was available even though you took the booking
Cons: I tried to book a car on 17th Jan and paid a deposit. Alamo could not fulfil the order as they had no cars. The deposit of 55.87 still has not been refunded? Please return the amount asap. My father passed away on 19th Jan so I had not realised in all the emotion and organising the fu real etc that you had not returned the amount. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1740.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Luxury, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize, Compact Elite, SUVs, Wagons is 30.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
