Cons: It took over 45 minutes to collect the car with the agent saying that was because the company won't employee another person to book customers in. This was 50% of the actual flight time. We were told tye car was in P2 but was in P3.

Cons: The car wasn't provided by ACE. They outsourced it to Rhodium, who have no website and are apparently owned by Goldcar so when I wanted to complain I don't know who to contact or how.
Pros: The service was extremely poor.
Cons: Very shady business practices in a variety of areas. My understanding is that car hire companies should provide information relating to additional insurance charges at the point of purchase. This was not the case. Additionally, staff at the airport refused to deal with me when I questioned their process in relation to insurance and additional charges and also the fact that other providers at the airport mentioned that the police are called regularly to resolve disputed with this company.

Cons: The car hire firm, Gold Car, charged me extra for taking the car into Spain, which I hadn't realised
