Pros: Friendly service
Cons: Very difficult to locate the hire desk as the location was being refurbished and the name was different
Pros: The pick-up process was pretty slick. No delays. The guys at the desk were very friendly. The car was clean and the small number of scratches were pointed out very clearly.
Cons: It was not easy to find the desk down in the car park. There was only 1 queue for pickup and returns. Maybe have the 2 to processes separate.
Cons: It was a building site and hard to find. They also charged us 84Euros even if we had prepaid the car and everything was ok when we delivered the car. We do not know what the 84 Euros was, no receipt. Can you do that- just take money from your card?

Cons: Underground car park a bit small and awkward to get the car around
Pros: Friendly and efficient service.
Cons: We had to collect the car from Park Inn Hotel, which was extremely difficult to find.
